Hotel Flamingo

Hotel má ohromný potenciál v blízkostí pláže, navazujícího bazénu s restaurací a snažícím se milým personálem. To je bohužel vše. Jídlo průměrné, servírované. Zdlouhavě čekáte, i díky vypisování papírků. Zvlášť na jídlo, alkohol, nealko. Strašný systém. Jeden přijde, vypíše. Poté někdy druhý, který si to přečte a následně přinese. Talíře zůstávají dlouho na stole, i patnáct minut. Ne na každého se dostane slunečník s lehátkem byť za 30 eur za den. Zbyde na vás plážové křeslo pod přístreškem. Prostor minigolfu je jeden velký nepořádek a neupravené okolí. V domech s terasou na hoře, jsou sprchové kouty s igelitovým závěsem ve čtyřhvězdičkovém hotelu 🤦🏻‍♂️ Na fotkách je “reprezentativní” příjezd k hotelu.V lampičkách chybějí žárovky a je v nich napadaná omítka po vrtání do zdi. Worst vacation experience ever. From reception to the restaurants the service is awful and disrespectful. The maitre au chef (William) will even tell you if you complain to go find yourself another restaurant. Despite having an empty room under A/C they force to eat outside at 40 degrees without even a fan. No chance to talk with anyone beyond the reception clerk. They cover each other’s misdeeds. The beach is the only one in the area with rocks and pebbles in the water. The buildings are all falling apart with poor maintenance. The rest of the amenities are totally useless. The rooms are decent but far from the standards of a 4 star hotel. Don’t waste your money in such a low quality hotel.

4 Star Hotel that offers all you need for the perfect family holiday..... i took my two 6 yrs old for 10 days on half board to this gem on the south coast of Sardinia. Expectations where a little low after reading some reviews, but in reality it was amazing. Hotel staff friendly, from the bar to reception and restaurants. Food at lunch and dinner was good quality and authentic to the island too. Breakfast in my opinion was a little poor, only thing that needs to be reviewed from management. Pool is big, by the sea and never an issue to get a sun bed. "outdoor showers need fixing". The beach is big and it's a shame you have to pay extra for the beds and loungers, but we didn't care. There are a lot of rocks, but staff put sand bags to help the entry and exit. Our room was great, aircon set at 24 cool all day and cleaners made beds and cleaned in super fast time whilst we where at breakfast every day. The Hotel's best feature is the animation team, a group of young boys and girls with the best energy i have ever seen anywhere in the world. Kids loved them and they showed each and every child the same attention with there fun games and dances. It was that good that adults got involved too. "they also did me one day a massive favour that i can't thanks them enough for" . The hotel is a little on the older side, but it's clean, safe and in a great location. Cagliari is 35 min away, Pula 5 min and on the other side Chia has the best beaches on the island. Final comments; As a single dad with two kids this was the perfect Holiday for us, they had the best time and i got to enjoy them and have a few hours down time each day. For what we paid, it was by far the best value for money vacation i have ever had GRAZIE FLAMINGO

We came back to Pula for the beautiful beaches, we returned to Mare Pineta for the service and Food, our holiday was great thanks to the dedication of the staff at the hotels.

You need to up the standard of your facilities, this not a 4 star hotel standard by any means and I have stayed in a lot of 4 star accommodations in the past. It’s more like a 2-3 star at best. The location is lovely, but the quality of everything is subpar, etc food, bedding, towels, no beach towels, ant infestation in the rooms, no shower gel only hard soap in bathroom, no conditioner, only shampoo. The food in the restaurant was unedible and on the first night after traveling I went to bed hungry because the food came out cold and little selection on the menu. The waiter did not care that the food was cold like they had heard this before. Breakfast was not much different. There wasn’t even a toaster to make toast. For a big hotel I find this very poor. The fruit was out of a can. Not fresh fruit and the selection was once again poor. The food was slow to be replenished. The only positive about this hotel was the size of the room although we had an ant infestation in the room where ants got into everything including my toiletries. I even had ants on the bed at one point. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of one. I would not recommend paying for half board. The beach was nice, although you had to wear rock shoes to go in the water as it hurt your feet.
