Golf Hotel Vicenza

Jedná se o pěkný hotel se slušnými pokoji a luxusním ubytováním. Dříve se tomu říkalo Vergillius. Ve spodním patře mají lázně, bazén a dobrou restauraci / bar. Spousta parkování také.

We booked a suite for us and the family. The room was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was small but great. Even though you are a guest you must pay to use the sunbeds. Major problem is it’s open to external customers and you have to reserve. We came down Sunday morning to see all sunbeds with a reserved sticker. So our option was to put a towel down where we could find some grass. I think for hotel guests this is not acceptable. Then we saw on Saturday and Sunday , empty beds remain reserved all day until around 5pm when they came and removed the signs. Which is crazy. We decided rather than sit down on the ground next to empty sunbeds , to instead take the kids to a nearby waterpark. All this process for me cheapens the hotel as I’ve not seen this at a good 4 star before. We would not bother to return to this place. If you decide to visit and it’s a weekend you should prepare in advance if you want to pay and to reserve spaces.

This hotel is an absolute disaster and a complete rip-off. Price: A staggering €1.150 for just 2 nights Room Quality: Walls covered in visible dirt Comfort Level: ZERO - Expect severe neck pain from the most uncomfortable bed and pillows imaginable Customer Service is a total nightmare The receptionist's attitude is beyond unprofessional. When confronted about the appalling conditions, their response is a dismissive "this is the room you booked" - ZERO commitment to customer satisfaction. The experience was so bad, that we had to leave after just 1 night. Zero care, no respect, no refund. Save yourself the misery and look elsewhere.

Easy accessible by car. They have some covered parking places. We had a junior suite that was big, but the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast OK. Spa is adults only, outside swimming pool wasn't opened yet for the season.

We spent two nights here when traveling around Italy. The hotel rooms were very modern and large (some of the largest we stayed at in Italy). The hotel has ample parking, but if you do not have a car, you will need to take a cab to visit anything nearby as nothing is in walking distance. The restaurant was okay, but nothing special.
