It was wonderful few day of holiday with perfect service 🥰 the best hotel on the sea line✨🍾🥂 thanks for all team 🤗🤗🤗

My wife Annie visited this hotel with her mum 46 years ago when she was 15 (1979). It was always a dream of hers to return and we both needed a break so off we went. The hotel was modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly the breakfast buffet was substantial and delicious. Our room was small but well appointed. Very clean and our balcony had a side view of the sea which was fine. The only criticism was that the air conditioning fan worked well but there was no way to control the air conditioning in our room. It got hot and stuffy so we opened the window and subsequently on our last day (of 3) we were eaten alive by mosquitos. In fairness I did not report this as we were only there for three days but it's an issue we'd need to have sorted if we went again. Mosquitos hate cold rooms! The pool was very clean and well attended by staff who ensured we had service throughout the day. The beautiful beach with powdery sand was seconds away with a dedicated area for hotel residents. Beach towels were free. We dined in and around Jesolo during our stay and the food was excellent and really affordable. Two for dinner with wine was rarely over 130 euros and the rating was 5* every time. We mistakenly took a local bus one morning to Punta Sabbioni with the idea to take boats to the islands. HUGE MISTAKE. Local buses are like the tube in Japan they stop at every stop even when full and people fight to get on. Claustrophobic, unsafe and searingly hot. AVOID at all costs. Take a taxi if you value your sanity. I had to get off as this mechanical hotbox lumbered slowly toward the port, swearing loudly that this was fcuking insane! We walked the remaining 3K to the port only to find the same madness at the boats. Massive queue that once the boat was in surged forward to get a seat. We decided to give it a pass and came back to Jesolo to spend the rest of the day on the beach and by the pool. We took a different bus back that was almost empty. Lido di Jesolo was truly wonderful despite the odd niggle. We will go back again age permitting! Another copy of the worst book ever written now in Italy!

This was our 3rd summer staying at the Hotel Galassia and we can't wait to return! The rooms are lovely and modern and clean, with plenty of storage. The hotel staff are all lovely. The breakfast has a wide selection and is delicious! The swimming pool with a smaller children's pool is perfect and the location is amazing for access to the beach / bars and restaurants. Each year there is a member of staff who organises a programme of activities for the children which they really enjoyed! Thank you for an amazing stay we can't wait to come back!

Everything about this place was simply delightful. If you're dreaming of a stunning sea view, sandy beaches, and the convenience of being near vibrant bars, restaurants, and shopping, look no further—this is your ideal destination. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness, making us feel right at home. Plus, having dedicated parking is a significant advantage in the bustling area of Jesolo. You won’t want to miss out on this gem!

First time in Jesolo and this hotel. We loved everything about it and would definitely return. The rooms were very clean, the choice of food options at the breakfast buffet was great. What stood out the most was the amazing staff. I would like to add a special mention to Andrea who worked on the evening reception, who we had so much fun with, his warm welcome after an evening out was something to look forward too. Finally Andi who provides the children’s entertainment was amazing. He was fun and very patient. My son Matteo was sad to leave and is still taking about him now we are back home. Holidays are about creating memories and the above staff were a big part of that. They are reall asset to the hotel and hope to see them when we return.
