Hotel Galassia

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for three nights - I would highly recommend it. Lido di Jesolo is a long strip of hotels that are all small, along the coast and very similar, so it can be difficult to choose the right one. However, this hotel is very clean, next to the beach, a five minute walk from the main square and very welcoming. The pool is lovely and spacious. The reception staff were kind and really helpful. The breakfast variety is small but the majority of the hotel guests were German/Austrian, so it felt like the food options were more continental style to their tastes. A tip for travelling to Venice - there is one main long road in Lido di Jesolo and this is where you get the bus from - scan the QR code and buy tickets online, take the bus towards Punta Sabbioni for £1.50. The bus tickets are around £3 from the airport to the bus station, where you need to change onto the Punta Sabbioni bus. Remember to validate your tickets on the bus or you can get stopped. The water taxi/ferry over to Venice is around £17 each, but it is quite a nice journey. If you want to go to Venice a few times, I would suggest staying in Mestre though as it's much closer, but going for the day from Lido di Jesolo is great. I would recommend the hotel for bed and breakfast - there are so many lovely, reasonably priced restaurants around the hotel that you don't need the dinner option here. My recommendations would be Neps for dinner and there is a farm shop opposite the Principe Palace for nice sandwiches for lunch. We had a great time and hope to return soon, thank you!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Before the trip I emailed the concierge with several questions and they responded quickly the next day. Once we arrived, our room was ready around 14:30 and we enjoyed a beautiful side ocean view room. The room was very modern with wonderful air conditioning. There was also many different compartments to store our luggage and clothes. Also, this hotel room was extremely quiet. we did not hear many other guests or any noises outside. The front desk was very accommodating several times during our stay when we had issues with our safe, room key, and a special birthday request. We loved riding bikes in Jesalo in the morning and exploring the town. We also reserved a pool chair during our stay so that we could have a reserved spot at both the beach and the pool. They did not have a gym in the hotel but the front desk directed us to one within a 5 minute walk. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a boutique with wonderful service. I hope to return to Jesalo one day for another seaside vacation!

Beautiful throughout, staff very friendly and informative - reception staff, bar staff, pool maintenance staff, breakfast staff, cleaning staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Food excellent, cleanliness excellent, location excellent, would highly recommend. Thankyou to you all for making a wonderful holiday.

A warm welcome beside the Adriatic bright mornings, gentle evenings, wonderful staff and excellent service that made every day feel effortless. We leave Lido di Jesolo with happy memories and gratitude for a truly special stay. We will return
