Hotel Terme Milano

I'd like to share my impressions of my stay at the Terme Milano Hotel (Abano Terme, Italy). We booked our stay through sanatorium.com, which included accommodation, three meals a day, and treatments. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Any information can be easily obtained at the reception desk. They'll be happy to provide maps, show you places you're interested in, and even offer bicycles for free. The rooms are small but cozy with balconies. Everyone should try the thermal mud and thermal bath treatments. The sensations after the treatments are indescribable. Special thanks to Simonitta (the thermal treatment worker). It's very important when a person loves their job and gives care and a positive mood to their patients. I can't ignore the cuisine either. I never thought Italian cuisine was so diverse. I fell in love. During the two weeks we stayed at the hotel, not a single dish was repeated. And everything was incredibly delicious, prepared and presented at the highest level. The head chef is simply a genius at what he does. I'd like to rate it twice as high as 5 stars 🌟 if that were possible. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

I usually don't write reviews, but I want to protect people from what happened to us. Our room was old and the bathroom unkempt. In addition, it was very noisy and we could hear our neighbours as well as all the noises from the street. After sleeping maybe 4-5 hours the first night, we were looking forward to breakfast. Next disappointment, the staff seemed stressed and the food was not good/fresh. We even saw people not being able to get a seat. We had enough, after not even 12h in the hotel we asked if a checkout was possible. I had never done that before. The staff at the reception was friendly, but they did not ask why we left the hotel so early. I honestly believe that they are used to customers being unhappy and accept this. So we paid around 385 euros for the one night and the checkout and left the hotel.

Very nice hotel, nice and clean room, larger heated swimming pools for the category of the structure with whirlpools, ample parking with rear entrance, main entrance to the hotel on the pedestrian main street, tasteful and tasty kitchen. Congratulations.

friendly staff to begin with. Provided parking lot; never had problems finding a spot. check-in went smooth and fast. Rooms are cozy but old. I had a 1 person bedroom. Minibar, tv, bathroom, big closet ect. were all included. The balcony on the pedestrain side is very cosy, its always very bisy at the evening in the streets . I definitly recommend taking a room at the pedestrian road side. Rooms were always clean. cleaning staff was working all day , never had a complaint. Breakfast is good but there is little to none variety in choiches. coffee and tea are to be asked. outside is lovely pool. major downside for me was the obligation to wear a swimming cap, i reallt hate it. large garden with a tennis field. dinner was always very good, never had a complaint.abano terme is very cozy and romantic. i recommend. free wi-fi but can be slow at times. average of 20 mbps download.

Very correct and polite staffs but : 1) At the restaurant I had a glass with chipped edge. They changed it very quickly :) 2) The hotel was unable to provide us a bicycle with baby seat .... :( 3) At the restaurant, trainee are used, but wear sneakers feet ... !! 4) The towels in the bathroom were too rough. The material used is more suitable for hand towel in the kitchen :( 5) Even if the swimming pool closes at 19h30 but the massage engine are stopped around 18h30 :( I wrote this review but for the price and as a 3 starts hotel I recommend the hotel ....
