Totally misold from Eurocamp. Parking not guaranteed but none at all. Very run town. Staff lovely. But a lot of money to be squashed on small site. Have done Eurocamps for years, end of an era. Read all reviews English and Irish. £3,500 for sardine box. Entertainment for small kids only. The people who work here are the best and they know these big holiday companies take advantage. Not Hotel people, always loved an adventure, drove from UK,.stayed Nuremburg way down. Restaurant is good. Very little else facilities. Beach full of stones but brought Paddle Board, Kayak, and all we need and bikes will make most of it. Time to give our extremely hard earned money to someone else.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The animation team were incredible and really made us feel so welcome. The site is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We hired a car and would recommend this so you are able to get out and see the area. The pools are amazing and great options for all the family. We were happy with our accommodation and it had everything we needed. The onsite restaurant and shop are well stocked and excellent food. We found all the staff really friendly and approachable and always happy to help. Overall a fantastic holiday and couldn’t fault it!

My family and I holidayed here over August, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The restaurant staff were very friendly and professional (especially considering their age), the pools were very impressive, the entertainment was cute, the caravan was sufficient for our needs, and the surrounding areas were authentic and endearing. The adjacent beach was blissful as it's so shallow that one can treat it as akin to a warm swimming pool. The surrounding walks were very pleasant, and the entire area had quite a relaxed feel. I also appreciated how it gave a glimpse into real life: there was large industry to the east, and the local town was industrious and very run-of-the-mill. However, I wouldn't see that as a negative because it gave insight into the real Italy, and we did day trips to Venice and Trieste anyway, so we weren't confined to the local area. I've briefly skimmed some of the negative reviews on here, a number of which seem to come from fellow British tourists. I think it's important that I address them as they're slightly misleading and a bit unfair. Firstly, yes, the caravan is small, but it is a caravan and not a rented cottage. The whole point of travelling abroad is to be out of one's accommodation in the hot weather and to enjoy one's surroundings, so I don't think this is a big deal. The staff were definitely not rude. Their English was quite poor, but that's not an issue as they shouldn't be expected to be fluent in a foreign language in their own country. One partially legitimate point is that the site is quite isolated from the nearest town, so the costs of a taxi in the absence of having a car (which we had to incur) did become quite exorbitant. However, that's not really the fault of the campsite, and it's not too expensive to just eat in the restaurant each day (under €10 for a pizza), so the experience works if one just adapts. The facilities could be a bit more accommodating as the on-site shop is closed from 12 to 17, but then you could just plan and ensure you get in before it closes. The demographic is very Italian, and I get the impression many were locals for whom this was their weekend place. They were noisy and their caravans weren't in the best of conditions, but it's their place and we were just visitors, so it's not for me to judge. If anything, hearing Italian loudly spoken added to the authenticity! Overall, it was a lovely stay. In terms of improvement, asking campers to pay €11 to rent a sunbed for the day was a bit cheeky and some of the facilities could be improved somewhat. (Floor toilets are very impractical.) I'd recommend it!

A great place to spend our vacation! Lots of entertainment, the reception staff , lifeguards and entertainment staff did a really good job !!! The reception Manager Elizaveta , the receptionists Gloria and Franceska (i hope i’ m writing the names correctly 😊) were very professional and helpful. We rented a bungalow, bunk bed for kids in their room and a queensize bed for us , adults in a separate room.. Shower 🚿 toilet 🚽 available in the bangalow . AC was available 👍 the car was parked just behind the bungalow. The swimming pool, slides, water gym sessions were very nice 👍 Everyone seemed to enjoy their time, all ages 😊 there was a Minidisco in the evening & games for all the families, we really loved that! Thank you for the great Stay!

As others have said, we read all the reviews before we went and decided to give them a go. Really wish we hadn't bothered. Where do I start. On arrival, we were told to find the Eurocamp rep which we did. We were given our keys. We got to the accommodation and despite paying for linen and a welcome back, there was no welcome pack. Went back to the rep where I was given a really small pathetic welcome box. Nothing compared to what was described on the website. We travelled with two teenagers 17 and 14 and as others have said, the accommodation wasn't big enough to swing a cat. We thought one would take the room and the other on the pull out couch. What a joke. It wasn't even a proper pull out couch and all week it fell apart so we got to deal with a very tired groggy teenager. The challet was dirty and grubby. My husband took photos. The mattresses were like sleeping on bricks. Cheap of the cheap. Little to do on the park. The pools were good. The restaurant food was good. The staff were so rude. One lady was lovely. The rest I don't know what to say. Despite being told to brush up on our Italian as they would appreciate it, they did not. If anything it seemed to annoy them. Many nights we were told there was no free tables and to come back. We sat across the park for an hour waiting for a free table when there seemed to be quite a few. Despite repeatedly saying the taxi drivers were ripping us off, we were told its not possible even though we watched many push up the rate from when we got in. The shop on site definitely didn't have enough for the week so it cost us 70 euros to Aldi and back which was 5km each way. One taxi drove like such a lunatic even my husband was scared in the front. When it was time to checkout. We had to walk miles with heavy bin bags to chuck. There was a detailed list on the door that we needed to sweep, mop and clean thoroughly. I'm honestly not sure what we paid for other than four very small walls. We have considered Eurocamps for years and sadly this will be our first and last. My advice: Tell customers when booking you advise which parks are more suitable for smaller children and suggest upgrading accommodation. Also it is based on people with cars who can get around. For what we paid in taxis, we may as well have rented a car. Definitely won't be returning and sorry we saved our hard earned money all year for that.
