Marina Julia Camping Village

Absolutely terrible site. Filthy toilet facilities. Uncooperative staff. People trapping through your pitch. We arrived on site plugged into the electric which kept tripping it wasn't 6amp we have visited loads of sites on our travels and have never had a problem. When we reported to reception they were just not interested said there was nothing they could do. We asked for refund as no point in staying, and Was told no refund possible. We left anyway . Would not recommend this site whatsoever. 👎

Got to site was a nightmare from the start pitch was total mud which you would expect because of rain the day before but people we're using it as a walk through to get to the toilet facilities we then had the electric triping out all the time we have been to 7 different sites in the last three weeks with no problem went to complain but reception were not interested asked for my money back but was told no so left the site after 40 minutes of being there would not go to this site ever

I like this place and I'm happy to go back there. However, I have the impression that it is poorly maintained. The restaurant and the pool leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I also feel that the staff is downright hostile, especially in the restaurant. I understand they have a lot of work, but sometimes a smile goes a long way—and I don't mean permanent, fake smiles. It just feels like they're working there as punishment. The way the lifeguards kick people out of the pool is downright embarrassing. After all, you have a loudspeaker there, and 15 minutes before closing you could announce that there are 15 minutes left so people can leave the facility on their own. Blowing whistles like that is something you do to cattle.

Everything was ok! But specialy Aurora from the fitness is so great with the kids she is so sparkling in what she do…. I loved her she mades the kids smiles an have fun because of her. Hopfully she see this compliment to her. Greets from belgium!

We stayed here for a week with Eurocamp. We would stay here again if more was open. Pros: - Our cabin was really clean, the beds were comfy and we loved the outside seating area. - The whole site is accessible! And direct access to beach is fab! - The water park is brilliant and the splash pad is great for kids! The mini disco in the evening was good too. My little girl enjoyed it. - Lots of spaces to park cars. Well signposted camping village and clearly designated areas. - Great value for money! And it wasn’t noisy at night. Cons: - Expect to be waiting a long time to check in. We waited 90 mins in 32 degree heat. No apology and no sense of urgency for check in to be quicker. - We requested a travel cot for our baby but it was broken. We reported it right away and was told someone would come replace it that evening. We waited til 9pm and when we chased it reception had closed, and our eurocamp reps had gone home. They came the next day…not ideal at all. No apology. - The high ropes, mini golf and lazy river were closed. When we asked when it would open we were told it would open in high season (July and August). This is not written anywhere! - It was stipulated that our cabin would have a kettle and hair dryer. We had neither. When we asked our reps they could only provide us with a kettle. - Bring lots of bug spray you will be bitten!
