Very nice clean hotel, with nice clean room and comfortable bed. I had an upgrade to a sea view room which also had a Nespresso coffee maker (nice touch). It was very calming to drift off to sleep with the window open, listening to the sound of waves lapping at the shore. Buffet breakfast was 1st class, with a huge selection of pastries, meats, fruits, yoghurts, eggs, bacon, everting you could want. Evening meals in the restaurant were equally good, a good choice of meals, all very well prepared. All the staff were friendly and engaging, especially the team at breakfast. The best hotel I stayed in during my short trip round Sicily

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Really friendly and helpful staff, unbelievably good breakfast, great location. Room was comfortable and spacious, we had a view over the rear of the hotel which was lovely, very Sicilian, beautiful. Shower was hot and powerful. Even had tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is unusual in my experience in Italy. Staff organised a trip to Etna for us (which was amazing), and provided early breakfast as we departed early. Overall I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is super clean with great staff and location and couldn’t be better for beach lovers! Food is delicious… great selection at breakfast and dinners with a good variety to suit everyone. Friendly staff and Lucy is an absolute joy who goes out of her way to make sure everything is correct and guests are catered for. Protect this girl at all costs as she is a wonderful part of your team! If I owned a hotel I would definitely steal her! ❤️

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much to all staff, particularly Benedetta and Mario, for their amazing customer service and for all your help setting up and sorting the balloons, snacks and champagne in the room for mum's 60th birthday. She has always wanted to visit Sicily, and I can honestly say the hotel and their staff made the trip absolutely worth it.

I can only agree with all the other reviews and say how impressed we were with this hotel and the staff. Location: Great position along the seafront and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Hotel: First class. Very clean and great facilities (bar & restaurant) you need for a relaxing break. Staff: All the staff were amazing and could not help enough. From Domenico and his team on the front desk, the bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff everyone was so helpful and polite which only added to the great experience.
