Athena Resort

We spent seven days in our hollydas and we walked around the place and we liked the Sicilian art in Noto, Syracuse in particular in Ortigia. My children enjoy very much the swimming pool. We also liked the food served in the self service restaurant, because we appreciate so much the Sicilian food and this case we want to congratulate the chef for the quality of food. During the night we enjoy listen music in the piano bar singing by Desiree, she is very professional, she has a very beautiful voice and also we can say that she is a very beautiful lady very well dressed and very elegant too. Thank you so much, Desiree for all the emotion that you gave to us.

Traing football camp at Athena Resort Very nice place for such activities. Football facilities very good for such camps. Evening entertainment very available after a long day of training. Desire is the probabbly the best evening entertainer

I visited Athena resort with my friends in early June 2024. We were part of an organized tour with Abax tour company from Sofia, Bulgaria. I have no words to describe our wonderful experience. Athena resort is like being in a heavenly garden - beautiful, colorful bougainvilleas and oleanders, olive trees, palms and huge cactus-trees surround the small two-floors buildings. You never get tired of these amazing sights. It leaves you breathless from the first day until the last. The rooms are renovated, space, very nice bathrooms, showers. The second floor rooms have terraces that oversee the beautiful landscape. The service was perfect. The staff at the reception was very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant staff was very nice and pleasant. The food - every day was surprise - the variety, the taste - everything was amazingly delicious. The chef might have been easily from the highest star restaurant. The beach is about 8-9 min from the resort but there is shuttle that goes every half an hour to and from so that was actually very pleasant. There is also a little Pharmacy, Market place and a gift store in the complex. The excursions to the cities Taormina, Modica, Syracuse were delightful experience. Our guide Anna was a real gem - she made us see Sicily through the eyes of the local person. She made us feel and respect the history of this amazing part of Italy and its people. Thank you, Anna. If you want nice beach vacation and like to visit beautiful cities, so rich in history and traditions, Athena Resort is the place to go. Thank you Athena resort.

Had a room for 2 persons for me and my son. Upon checkin we tried to shower and there was no warm water in the shower. asked the receptionist and told me that they will send a technician to check. 2nd day we just had warm water for 1 person, my son. I had to take a cold shower. Complaint again and they told me that it will be sorted. Third and last day again no hot water - not even a drop and by the way, before going to the room, I have asked the receptionist if someone had sorted out the warm water and told me Yes all sorted. Really Bad experience when considering that evening temperature reach 6 degrees

Ho soggiornato all’Athena Resort e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. Struttura curata, camere pulite e confortevoli e servizi di ottimo livello. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile, mentre la ristorazione offre piatti vari e di qualità. Un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglio sicuramente.
