Vychutnali jsme si krásné dny pohody a relaxu s dobrým jídlem a pitím. Především nás oslovili večeře v ala carte restauracích. Jen nás mrzelo, že z důvodu zhoršeného počasí jsme si neužili moře, ale i procházky po pláži byly příjemné.

We attended the his year for the 4th time. Food always fantastic, nice atmosphere, except should limit screaming babies. This year great fillet steaks & mixed grill, but last year had steak florentine. Gets put on table to cook in front of you on a heat plate with candles underneath. Rest of the family finished their normal meals while our steak was still cooking in front of us to get to medium for another 30-40 mins. Not great. Also all steaks different price per hg with 700 minimum, so no idea how much it will actually cost you until the bill comes up. Cheapest steak will cost you around £55.

We are here now and feel quite disappointed, we paid £2,600 and no brand drinks are included we were told our room when we got here was ‘basic’ but if we upgraded for an extra €700 we would get a room overlooking the pool and the signature experience. We’ve went all inclusive many times but feel this has been the first hotel where we couldn’t even have a Baileys without paying extra. Sicily is beautiful and we will back but we wouldn’t come back to this hotel although it is a beautiful hotel I feel unless you are signature status what we have experienced is a quite basic standard considering the money we paid

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Sicily. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and the quality of service throughout our stay was excellent. A special mention to Hanin, Elenah, Luigi and Giovanni, who were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Their attention, professionalism and genuine friendliness made a real difference to our experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed El Dorado Steak House. The food was excellent, the steaks were beautifully prepared, and once again the service was first class. A great experience overall, made particularly memorable by the people. Thank you to the whole team — and especially Hanin, Elenah, Luigi and Giovanni.
