Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

Vychutnali jsme si krásné dny pohody a relaxu s dobrým jídlem a pitím. Především nás oslovili večeře v ala carte restauracích. Jen nás mrzelo, že z důvodu zhoršeného počasí jsme si neužili moře, ale i procházky po pláži byly příjemné.

The hotel itself is nice enough. We had a room in the signature area that was booked through TUI. However I wouldn’t say its 5⭐. The pools are chipped with rusty pipes showing: The restaurants don’t really have any air con apart from the sports bar. We had to fight to get in the ala carte restaurants even though when we did arrive there were many tables vacant??…… The food is very mediocre but more than edible considering the amount the people they cater for. …...the plus points are the staff were lovely particularly Valentine in guest services and the rooms are clean. A nice enough hotel.

Just had a wonderful dining experience at Chang Thai, the food was fantastic, the best Pad Thai but the service by Angelo C was second to none, he could not have been any better.

We spent a week at Grand Palladium Sicilia and had a really lovely holiday overall. The resort is beautiful, with well-kept grounds, direct beach access, and great pool areas. There were a few small things that could be improved. Service at the main restaurant was sometimes slow during busy periods, and parts of the room felt a little dated for a five-star property. The hotel is also in a fairly remote location, so a rental car is definitely helpful if you want to explore Sicily. That said, the entertainment team truly made the trip memorable. They brought so much energy and positivity to every day, and their evening shows were a real highlight. A special thank you to Arifet, Francesco, Gabriele, Zidane, and Nadem. From poolside activities to friendly conversations with guests, they were always welcoming, enthusiastic, and genuinely committed to making everyone feel included. Their energy was contagious and created such a fun atmosphere throughout our stay. If you are looking for a relaxing resort with a lively and engaging entertainment programme, Grand Palladium Sicilia is a great choice. We would happily return, especially to see this fantastic team again!
