Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

Vychutnali jsme si krásné dny pohody a relaxu s dobrým jídlem a pitím. Především nás oslovili večeře v ala carte restauracích. Jen nás mrzelo, že z důvodu zhoršeného počasí jsme si neužili moře, ale i procházky po pláži byly příjemné.

Food and daily activities were great Francesco did a fantastic job with the older family games and Zidane kept you active with aqua and drum fit, evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss however the musical show that the staff put on was brilliant

The hotel was really good and had lots to do for everyone, the water sports and entertainment was the highlight on the trip especially the french pétanque every morning and afternoon. Francesco was a brilliant entertainer and was really friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend you go see him for the entertainment activities!

At the very most this is a low 4 star, more like a three star pushing for a 4. And it is only that because we paid for the upgrade. The à la carte restaurants are average at best. The main buffet at lunchtime and dinner are chaos. The beach is poor and stoney.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palladium Grand Sicilia. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming and truly special. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and professional, always making sure that every little detail was taken care of. A very special thank you to Pietro and Giovanni G. from the restaurant — both of them were absolutely amazing. Their kindness, genuine smiles and attention to detail made every meal an even more enjoyable experience. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after throughout my stay.
