This hotel was over rated .The air conditioning was terrible , as it was 30 degrees in the room . We asked them the check in on it and they told us that " it is really 26, the thermostat reads incorrectly " We had our own thermometer on our portable scale which read 30. We lost water to our shower and faucet in the room for a short period of time. We also found the staff to be rude . I would not return .

I stayed at this hotel for five days in June, and it was my second time here. Returning was an easy decision because this hotel has something truly special. If you are looking for a peaceful place with a private beach, a perfect location, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the ideal choice. The hotel is in a very convenient location. There is a bus stop right outside, with direct buses to the airport and to the beautiful town of Taormina. Taormina is definitely worth visiting, but it can be very crowded, so it was always a pleasure to come back to the hotel's peaceful surroundings. All excursion pick-ups are also available directly from the hotel. There are several nice restaurants just across the street, and a grocery store is literally next door, which makes everything very convenient. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful sea view. The breakfast selection was excellent, and I especially appreciated the hotel's flexibility. I had a very early flight, and to my surprise, I was able to have breakfast at 4:00 a.m. All I had to do was request an early breakfast the day before. I always feel welcome here, and that's why I keep coming back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. I will definitely return again! P.S. One more tip:Because i had a very early morning flight, I highly recommend booking your taxi transfer through the hotel's concierge. The service was excellent, the drivers were punctual and professional, and it made travelling to the airport completely hassle-free.

I liked many aspects of the hotel- the breakfast, beautiful two dining halls overlooking the sea, the nice marble lobby. The beach has great lounge chairs, parasols, and the hotel supplies luxurious larger towels. The cons: the outside seating near the pool and bar is very uncomfortable, a pity especially when at night when you want to watch the sea from the terrace. The showers are like sardine boxes, and the water was hard to regulate because of two spouts, when one worked the other didn’t. Also very little shelving space to put away clothing, and only 5 hangers provided. I had to ask staff to bring me more, and it proved challenging because there seemed to be a dearth of them. Beautiful hotel! Excellent service. All stuff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to reception manager Tonino who helped us a lot during the unexpected difficulties.

This hotel is perfect if you want to have the possibility to relax with both pool and beach. Within walking distance from Giardini Naxos center, and very close to the bus stop, where you can take buses connecting to the airport and to Taormina. Staff is kind and polite and very helpful. A special thanks from us to the waiter Carmelo who was very helpful and met us with a big smile every morning at the buffet. 👌😊
