Hotel is ok but management average And so run poorly … No water in rooms No excuse for this !!!! No shampoo in rooms just generic body wash Free beach infront of hotel run by a nice guy Nice clean beach and sea water Walking distance in to cefalu for dinner Pool very nice Shame the way the hotel is run is sub standard - always room for improvement ….

We stayed here for 5 nights. We had a lovely relaxing time. The help from Nina on reception was brilliant, she organised a coast to coast 3 hour boat trip which was great fun. Breakfasts were very efficient and the food was lovely. You can ask for scrambled eggs! We used the beach opposite for days on the beach. 2 sunbeds and one umbrella are 20 euros. On Saturday and Sunday they are 30 euros. We didn’t use the sun terrace as when we stayed, there was a wedding party staying (wedding at another venue). They took over the terrace so it was noisy and not really relaxing. The promenade is a great place to watch the phenomenal sunsets. There is a supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel.

It was our second time in the hotel. We love everyone and everything there. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. We had massages with Georgia. She is an excellent massage therapist. She works at the pool too and at the breakfast too. She is a hard worker. Giuseppe works at the breakfast. He was so helpful, and kind. Nancy was another friendly person at the breakfast. Senior Salvatore worked at the breakfast and at the front desk too. We already knew him from last year. Other front desk people were Roberta, Nina, and Junior Salvatore. Everyone was wonderful. What a friendly and professional people! We can’t wait to go back next year, and see them again.

Beautiful modern hotel right on the beach!

Our experience in this hotel left much to be desired. Room was small with opaque glass walls on the en-suite bathroom which does not give any privacy! Good service at reception on arrival but thereafter the service delivered was appalling - staff were downright rude and lacked any kind of training. After several requests to speak to Alberto the owner he finally came to talk to us on our departure. Alberto apologised profusely and offered compensation which we agreed to. Our bank details were given to reimburse us for one night if our 2 night stay. Needless to say after many emails and excuses from this hotel, ie our accounts manager is off sick etc., we have never received any compensation. Extremely disappointed that we have been lied to - will never return and never recommend to anyone who likes to be treated with courtesy and honesty.
