Villa Delle Rose

10 days ago, I stayed 5 days in this awasome place called Villa delle Rose. Situated in Pescia, Pistoia in Tuscany. This is a Beautiful 14th century villa, well remodeled in a huge garden of roses in the middle of a green country side, of Pistoia. The hotel team is excellent! All of them! The bar attended is the best i saw preparing superb drinks of all kinds! The food was delicious. They serve specially seasonal Delis . The wine was magnificent and they have a good amount of choices. There's a beautiful pool too. Marialuna, she's vey gentle, kind and helpful, takes care of all kinds of situations and makes everything super smooth and comfortable. I felt home here during my stay. The breakfast they offer is amazing! Can't wait to come back, hopefully this time with my family! Thankyou to all of you at Villa delle Rose!🌹

This is a beautiful hotel with an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. I visited with a large tour group and stayed there 7 & 8 July 2023. We ate dinner in the hotel the first night and the food was delicious! The roast pork was amazing! The woman who seemed to be running the dining room made us feel like we were family, and in spite of the group being so large, she was very attentive to all of us. Additionally, the gentleman who was working the bar as well as the front desk on Saturday evening, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable the grounds were beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

First thing to note is there is a clock tower in the town that chimes every hour, no matter if day or night. It can be midnight and expect 12 loud chimes etc. Fine if you're a heavy sleeper, but personally I didn't enjoy being awoken at 4am! The hotel itself is fine. Some guests will enjoy the traditional feel it has. Personally, I found the brown glass, and faded carpets a bit old fashioned. However it functions well. The pool area is lovely. There's plenty of parking, and the staff are helpful. Many of the guests were on coach tours and arrived late and left early, which meant the pool was nice and quiet both afternoons we were there. Doesn't matter at all, but as a couple in our 30s, we were definitely the youngest guests by about 30 years, which is fine by me, just an observation 😊

Villa delle Rose exceeded my expectations and was a lovely place to stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was varied and well done. Staff took the extra time to speak to me in Italian so I could practice. I'll definitely return!

We have stayed at Villa delle Rose several times. It's a solid hotel with clean rooms, attentive staff and close proximity to Pescia which is a charming town. We have found this hotel to be well-located and reasonably priced for the area. If you're thinking about visiting Lucca, it's an easy 20-minute drive away.
