Al Sole Mountain Chic

We had probably the nicest suite and so were rather spoilt - the hotel is situated in a small town which is not touristy and the restaurant has an amazing small terrace where you have both breakfast and dinner We found the service excellent and everyone smiles - the food at dinner was really good and we really could not fault it - we did not want to leave The prices also were reasonable and the order was always correct The area was also very interesting but you need a car The only thing that was not quite right was the eggs at breakfast - they were fried and left in a hot container but then developed a hard skin over the top - this did surprise me as all the other food was fantastic - this could easily be sorted - the staff were also all so helpful especially Sylvia and Elena the 2 sisters who own the hotel and of course the wonderful Michaela in reception who was so very helpful Thank you to you all Dr Trevor P Rees

Stayed at this hotel for a ski trip to folgaria. the hotel was nice with good sized clean bedrooms and friendly staff. Traditional Italian evening meals and a nice continental breakfast to set you on your morning adventures. The hotel bar is also nice, with a warm fire where you can watch the snow falling. On the one day it stopped snowing, there were beautiful views to the left of the hotel. All the staff were absolutely fantastic as on the third day I fell on the slopes and damaged my knee and as a result could not walk. They helped with everything we needed, including picking me up from the slopes and getting me to a medical facility (which was 50 Km away), translating for me (as my Italian is a bit Rusty) and helping to get me on my feet again with the assistance of crutches and I can not thank them enough for there hospitality and kindness they showed to me during our stay. A very Friendly, warm stay, Highly recommended.

Recently stayed at this hotel for one week, rooms are spotlessly clean a good size and nice balcony at front, bathroom was new and very clean. Food was good traditional Italian style evening meals and breakfast choice. Bar area was welcoming and hotel had a nice feel about it. We went on a ski trip which ended up a bit of a disaster with injury but we couldn't have been in a better place, hotel family made us welcome and went beyond the call of duty in looking after us, I would recommend this hotel to all. Thank you

I loved it there, the scenery is lovely, a place full of history where you will find peace Hotel services are outstanding and the staff there is very friendly and I recommend you try this beautiful experience

We felt immediately at home. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. We were treated like we had been regulars for years. We mentioned a hike we had planned, and our host suggested another. We are so glad we took his advice! The hike took us to Cima Vezzena - an Austrian stronghold during WWI. The view was stupendous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
