electricity blew out went to ask them to turn it back on five times took them a total of five hours to turn it on food was ok not the best rooms were not cleaned bed sheets weren’t changed all week and had to go to reception to get towels walls are paper thin u can hear everything from the room next door doors are not secure easy to open when locked from the balcony staff was rude if you ask a question they say i don’t speak english amd walk away it’s in a good location it was not worth all the money that was spent rooms were really small for a four person room ,hotel room was also very stuffy i do not recommend if u want a peaceful stay

Power went out when plugging in two hairdryers. The food was okay but the sweetcorn tasted like vinegar . The juices at breakfast were very bad and tasted weird. There was a hole under the bed and the walls were very thin so you could hear everyone’s conversations.

Perfect for our school group. Hotel staff were very helpful and well used to working with school groups. Large room in the basement was great for organising card games and activities for our group of 80+ students. There is a fantastic sports hall across the road which can be rented out. There was very little happening in the town itself which was a positive as it made it easier to keep track of the students. Breakfast was great, evening meal possibly the one aspect that was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is ideally located with just a short transfer to the slopes of either Lavarone or nearby Folgaria. Welcoming and used to working with school groups, Ceciia and her team provided an excellent service for the group. Rooms were very good and the meals enjoyed by all. The Laverone ski area is excellent for beginners and intermediates alike and the group enjoyed "twin centre" skiing in neaby Folgaria which was an added experience. A very successful trip.

Wir waren im Zuge einer Bus-Gruppenreise in diesem Hotel 2 Nächte unter gebracht. Die Busreise war im unteren Preissegment angesiedelt. Es war unser Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch diverser Weihnachtsmärkte - Bozen - Meran - Brixen und Sterzing. Es hat uns hier nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Abendessen war reichlich - 4 Gänge - und wem es zu Wenig war, gab es auch noch die Möglichkeit etwas nach zu bekommen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ältere, doch nichts desto trotz, gepflegt. Man sollte hier Preis und Leistung gegenüber stellen und dann ist es eine ausgezeichnete Wahl.
