Active Alm Hotel Moena

Our family of 8, ages 5-73, stayed for 6 nights during the Olympics. It was an ideal experience: good location in a charming ski town, panoramic mountain views from the rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast, very nice pool, and super convenient to the ski bus. We enjoyed 2 dinners at the hotel and appreciated being able to walk to the village for shopping and other restaurants. Covered parking was a bonus during a big snow storm. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous hotel and staff! Dorian and Monica treated us like family. The wellness options are great, breakfast buffet and dinners offer such variety and cater well for eating preferences. The views are stunning from the rooms…. But the service received was the absolute best! Wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed for 4 nights, as a group ski excursion and the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The most important is the super polit and helpful personnel, both at the restaurants and the reception - top notch. The rooms are well appointed and quite spacious, with many amenities and extra towels for the pool. Also, the hotel is quite so we had a great sleep, not disturbed by other rooms. And at the time of our stay were more than 20 kids in the hotel. Also, the offer a convenient ski room which is located next door to the garage where you can take the hotel shuttle bus to the lifts. Very convenient and hassle free. The Food is great and well worth eating in the hotel. Breakfast has quite good variety and you can order your eggs as you like them. Dinner is a 3-course affair, everyday different but always delicious. And there is a choice everyday among 3 appetizers, 3 mains and 2 or 3 deserts, plus a huge salad buffet. All in all, without staying in any other hotels in the are (so I cannot compare), it is a great hotel, highly recommended, if you are interested in staying in Moena and also do some skiing.

Wonderful experience with very helpful manager and staff, and very friendly waiters. The catering is beyond imaginable. The hotel has an own skibus service to the nearest lift station. Only interesting thing was the lack of the inside doors in the rooms (only the toilet had it, but not the bath)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hôtel e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Le camere sono ampie, pulite e nuove; la nostra era una comunicante con i figli, con spazi molto grandi e ben organizzati, perfetti per una famiglia. Il personale è squisito, sempre disponibile e gentile. Una menzione speciale va al direttore, che si è dimostrato costantemente presente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di portare con noi i cani. L’hotel dispone di un comodo garage gratuito con accesso diretto alla struttura, oltre a un servizio navetta gratuito per gli impianti sciistici, davvero pratico per gli ospiti. Fiore all’occhiello la cucina: ottima, varia e di grande qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale va al maître Vincenzo, professionale, attentissimo e di una cortesia rara, sempre pronto ad ascoltare il cliente e a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. Insieme a lui, tutto il personale di sala lavora in modo impeccabile. Per me hanno studiato un menù vegano ad hoc, buonissimo, dimostrando grande competenza e attenzione costante alle mie esigenze. Struttura super consigliata, torneremo sicuramente.
