Just got back from a very pleasant stay. Good sized room which I think has been recently refurbished with other parts of the hotel with comfy twin bed and decent shower in bathroom. There is comfortable bar area and good sized lounge on first floor. Good food with particularly extensive salad buffet. Serving staff were very attentive and welcoming. Didnt use shuttle but bus stop for Madonna Di Campiglio and the Pinzolo lift station a minute away any was possible to walk to the Pinzolo gondola about 10 mins away.

We have just returned from a week in Pinzolo staying at the hotel Alpina. The room was clean with a large shower and very comfortable bed. The rooms are cleaned daily . Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Evening meal had a large food bar containing lots of various things to eat, very tasty. A choice of starter and main course. ( would have liked a vegetarian option for dinner) however, I am sure if I had asked they would have given me something different. I didn’t bother as the salad bar was so plentiful. Lovely desert. We never went hungry . The staff are lovely. Very attentive. We decided to have a locker at the gondola. There were ski buses nearby to the hotel , we didn’t need to use them as we left our skis in the lockers. It was only a 10 minute walk so no hassle at all. Pinzolo is a nice town. Smallish but several shops and restaurants. Unfortunately I managed to break my wrist on the second day of our holiday. I think the ladies name was Cathy. The owner. She was absolutely fantastic. She sorted a taxi for my husband to come to the hospital and then again for the return journey. The following day we had to return to the hospital. She sorted out the bus timetable for us. Nothing seemed to be a problem. The whole family were lovely.

I have not actually stayed at this hotel but received amazing customer service from Collini family members to help sort out a booking made by mistake via a major international booking agency This demonstrated concern and willingness to assist even though I was not a hotel client was gratifying and made me feel confident that this family run hotel would always put customer service as a top priority Thank you
