Jednoduše řečeno příšerný hotel. Tuto recenzi píši přímo z hotelu, kdy jsme se nechali zlákat fotografiemi z nabídky. Realita je úplně jiná. Vybedlený hotel, který neodpovídá ani kategorii **...Malinký špinavý pokoj. Do sprchy se ani nevejdete. V pokoji si nemáte kde dát věci, jak je tu málo místa, natož usušit věci po lyžovačce. Večeře byla sice chutná, ale obsluha příšerná, neprofesionální. Snídaně katastrofa, hnus. Všude špinavé popraskané zdi. Do bazénu se neodvažuji vlést. Projeli jsme mraky hotelů jak v Itálii, tak v Rakousku, ale takovou ubohost jsme nezažili. Poprvé v životě se těším až přijedu z lyžovačky domů. Klientela jen poláci, všude řev a křik....Lyžařský areál Val Di Solle je dobrý......

We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Canada in Pinzolo, Italy. Our room had recently been refurbished, which made a big difference—it felt fresh, modern, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great selection each day and everything well prepared. It was definitely something we looked forward to after a day on the slopes. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal, especially for skiing—perfectly situated close to the main lift, giving easy access to a fantastic ski area. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Stay did not match the 4★ price and expectations We stayed at this hotel expecting 4★ comfort that would justify the price we paid, but unfortunately the reality was quite disappointing. First of all, the room and bathroom. The lighting is very old and poor, especially in the bathroom, making it feel dark and uncomfortable in the evenings. The biggest issue was that none of the radiators were working, neither in the room nor in the bathroom. This is particularly unacceptable in a ski resort, where after a full day on the slopes you expect warmth and comfort. Additionally, there is no place or system to dry ski clothes or boots, which is hard to understand at this price level. The room also lacked some basic comforts expected in a 4★ hotel. There was no kettle available in the room — while not officially mandatory, it is commonly provided in hotels of this category, especially in mountain resorts. Furthermore, the electrical sockets were very outdated, making it impossible to plug in a laptop without a special adapter. This is a serious inconvenience for modern travelers and does not meet 4★ standards. The spa area was also a letdown. According to the information provided, the saunas should be operating from 10:00–12:00 and from 15:00 onwards. In reality, they were most often only turned on after 15:00 and only upon request. More than once we arrived after using the spa facilities and found the saunas cold and not switched on, which does not match the advertised services. Another unpleasant aspect was the first room we were assigned. Its balcony was located directly above the garbage containers, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. 💶 In terms of value for money, many of these issues simply should not exist in a 4★ hotel, especially in the Alps, where comfort during ski season is essential. ➕ Positive aspects worth mentioning: very helpful and friendly staff, who genuinely tried to assist whenever possible; excellent dinners at the restaurant — the food was truly outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. Conclusion: the hotel has potential, but at the moment the price does not reflect the actual condition of the rooms and the quality of services provided. If these issues were addressed, the overall experience could be very different.
