Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort Spa All Inclusive

Aside from a few minor hiccups, other stay was fantastic. Unfortunately, I missed out on trying the various restaurants as some of them were closed, and there weren't many entertainment options available either.

Nice clean resort. In the middle of Negrils and Montego Bay. They are very kind and courteous. Beach was a vibe and so was the pool. A lot of great food options as well

There could've been better but am not coming back anyway. Big up Marsha my room attendant bless up to her.

I had to walk a lot during my stay. I had to walk in the rain because the sheds were not joined and there were no umbrellas in the room. The food options were extremely limited, the only thing I disliked about the room was that we got only 2 towels for 3 persons, no rags, and there was no privacy due to the open concept set up of the room with joined the bathroom and bedroom together. The nightly entertainment was not entertaining at all. I was also dissatisfied that they didn't have a club. The Italian specialty restaurant (El Dorado) was my favorite. I really enjoyed their food and their customer service was great.

I enjoyed the overall experience at the hotel. I felt disappointed that there were not many vegan options. sometimes the options were limited. I really feel concerned about the number of children who got scratched in the kid's pool.
