Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort Spa All Inclusive

We had the most wonderful bartender kerry she was fabulous she treats everyone the same with a smile on her face. She is completely into her job which she take seriously you leave with a smile on your face the experience you just had with her.

Had the best time at Infinity Club on 10/25 Reggae night with my volunteer group... DJ Andre did an exemplary job with a diverse audience playing the best of oldies reggae and soca that brought a strong unity among different ethnicities... A time was had 100% will be returning next year for this vibe no other than The Grand Palladium JA. Bless... One Love!!!!

Love the stay with the family. Had a wonderful time, there was alot to do eat drink entertainment the whole 9 yard. Love it.

I observed how welcoming and supportive the staff were. Excellent customer service. “Kemora”the best front desk supervisor/ agent. She made everything possible for by birthday. Not to mention how she called to check if everything was going good 10/10 . My dining experience was excellent with Brandon and the rest of the Italian restaurant staff. Grand palladium leave me with a memorable moment. 😁
