Our third visit to Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was once again a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly, professional, and helpful staff. A special thank you to Shantel at check-in for making our arrival smooth and pleasant, Simone, our room attendant, for keeping our room clean and comfortable, and Delano, who kindly delivered beverages to our room with a pleasant and professional attitude. We also want to commend the bellmen, supervisors, waiters, waitresses, chefs, kitchen staff, and the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist. The food was another highlight, with a great variety of delicious and well-presented meals that added to our enjoyment. Overall, we had a beautiful, relaxing, and enjoyable third visit. Thank you to the entire Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton team for making our stay so special. Keep up the excellent work! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

All of the staff were wonderful. This is our 3rd time here because everything is always magnificent.

The rooms could benefit from some modernisation, and the service—particularly when it comes to resolving issues—needs significant improvement. On the plus side, it’s great to have the option of à la carte restaurants. The Indian and Asian restaurants were our favourites and were definitely a highlight of our stay.
