We lost a personal item and we’ve been trying to contact the hotel since September 13 and nobody is responding. We know for a fact, we left the valuable item in our room. We’ve stayed at Palladium group hotels in Mexico, and this Jamaica hotel has to be the worst by far. Our room did not have a functioning sliding screen door, and the bed squeaked like no other. When we tried to retrieve our Palladium rewards at the restaurants upon purchasing wine, they told us that they could not do it, and we had to tell them ahead of time. They did not treat us with the respect that we expected being Palladium rewards member since 2024. I would not return and I certainly will be looking for other Hotels to stay at going forward

This is very difficult to review. Overall the complex is fantastic. Unfortunately we experienced an issue that resulted in poor guest relations service. Start with the positives. The complex is fantastic. The people / staff are amazing and lovely. The food from buffet to a la carte all good. No complaints on food except the Xamaica restaurant food being their national culture was tasty but mains consisted of more bone than meat (we had oxtail and the goat curry and both were the very same with lots of bone). Hard to split the other restaurants in to favourites. Portofino, Sumptuori, Bhogali, La Adelita, El Dorado we visited all these on 2 or more occasions on our stay, and food and service was very good. La Adelita and Bhogali are both covered outdoor dining so no air conditioning on humid evenings. Can't comment on Poseidon as we never visited as sea food is not really our thing. Looks a lovely location though. Sports bar was our favourite location in evenings. Live sports on plenty TVs. Free pool and table tennis and quality selection of bar food. Buffet or order fresh available. The biggest and best thing though is the staff in the sports bar, and special mention must be made of the bar staff of Stephen Miles, Jevaun Clarke, and Onel Colquhoun. These three guys from the minute we arrived in the bar on our first evening had us laughing right through the full two weeks. Absolute joy to be in their company and have so much fun and they also always kept our glasses filled. Pool is absolutely huge and is cleaned every day. Sunbeds also there is no need to get up early to get beds as there are so many and lots also with stationary umbrellas. This also applies on beach though less umbrellas for shade. Sea and beach is clean though limited how far out you can swim as rocks past a certain distance and string of bouys to stop going further. Loads of fish to observe around rocks and also in shallow areas. Sunset cove beach has kayaking and paddle boards which you can pay $20 USD for unlimited use for up to 5 guests during your stay. Now the negative. We paid for an upgrade on arrival which was sold to us as a suite overlooking sunset cove with full view of sunset. This was room 3931 and was excellent. That was until we had a slight water drip from air conditioning one late morning which happened to be our anniversary. I reported at reception of the small water drip and was told they would sent maintenance to look at. Whilst having some celebration drinks to celebrate our anniversary we got an email saying "your room relocation is now available". When we went to reception they couldn't tell us what was happening and when room would be ready but we had to move due to the water drip issue reported. We went back to room to pack for relocation to find the maintenance team had obviously been in to look at issue and room was flooded. Our clothes were also wet and had been removed from wardrobes and threw on to couch. Our footwear was totally saturated leaving me with only flip flops wearable that evening. We then spent over two hours of our anniversary packing, awaiting relocation, and then unpacking again in a new room 3830. Relaxing Anniversary celebration plans well and truly wasted. The standard of the new room was no where near the standard of the original room we vacated and the view was totally obscured by trees and other apartment blocks. Having been personally WhatsApped in days leading up to anniversary from Guest relations concierge Sheldon I contacted him through same channels. Got absolutely no response to messages apart from automated response that could not respond at moment but would later. Having left resort 10 days later and numerous other messages sent, still no response. Complaint also raised at reception that room not same standard but all they kept saying was upgrade was for suite not for view / standard. This is not what was sold to us. We were tempted by the full sunset cove / sunset views. Sadly this poor guest relations and customer service leaves a bad taste of visit although everything else was great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Wonderful Solo Experience at Grand Palladium & Lady Hamilton 🌴☀️ I’ve just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium & Lady Hamilton Resort, and I can honestly say it has been such a special experience. Travelling alone can sometimes feel a little daunting, but from the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable and genuinely looked after. The resort is absolutely superb — beautiful, spacious and with everything you could wish for to make your holiday relaxing, enjoyable and memorable. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Every member of the team I encountered was so warm, friendly and attentive. They constantly went that extra mile, and as a solo traveller, that kindness and genuine care meant so much to me. I never felt alone or out of place — instead, I felt completely welcomed and valued. And I have to give a massive, special shout-out to the SPA team! 💆‍♀️✨ They were simply incredible. From their professionalism and attention to detail to their warmth and friendliness, they made every visit to the SPA such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. They truly made me feel pampered and special, and they deserve an enormous thank you for everything they

Love the stay ! Love it ! The hotel was so clean and the food was great, nice people , pools and beach and entertainment great!
