Absolutely enjoyed our stay at PGH, the staff could not be more accommodating, a big shout out to Delroy, LaToya, Verona and many others. The resort is clean and tidy and rooms are a lovely size with really comfortable beds and pillows.

Very Good, overall. elevators could be installed as the stairs are too much to go up and down all the time

Just got back from a fantastic holiday Room was cleaned everyday and spotless food was Excellent in both buffet and a la carte with a wide choice of foods and desserts All the staff were excellent and well mannered even down to the garden staff who greeted us evety morning with Wag Whaan :) It was our first time in Jamiaca we came for our sons wedding here at the hotel and celebrated our wedding anniversary we are planning to return The excursions are excellent please get yourself out and discover this fantastic country with beaches waterfalls crocodiles and zip lining atv's and a lot more Thank you lady Hamilton we will be back

We want to give the biggest shout-out to the amazing Signature Level team: Caleisia, Lonandre, Janulia, Kevon, Evnice, Jolesa, Ronae and Omar. ❤️ Every one of you helped make our stay so special. Your warmth, kindness, care and the way you made us feel welcome went above and beyond what we could have expected. You didn’t just provide a service; you made us feel valued, cared for and genuinely part of something special. Our holiday was even more meaningful because we got engaged whilst we were in Jamaica! 💍❤️ Despite the weather on the day, our engagement became a beautiful memory that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. The kindness and warmth we experienced during our stay made this important milestone even more special. When we look back on the beginning of this next chapter together, our memories of Jamaica will always include the wonderful people we met. We also want to give a very special mention to Angelene, who was part of the wider team rather than Signature Level. She deserves recognition just as much, and we couldn’t leave her out of our thank-you. ❤️ We also have to mention the buffet restaurant, which absolutely deserves praise! The quality of the food and the sheer variety of choice were fantastic. There was so much to choose from, making every visit enjoyable and giving us plenty of options throughout our stay. Having such a great selection added another reason to love our holiday, and it was a real highlight of the resort for us. 🍽️❤️ What makes a resort truly special isn’t just the beautiful surroundings, the facilities or the food; it’s the people who work there. The team made us feel so welcome that we arrived as guests and left feeling like we had gained the biggest family. You have left such a positive impression on us, and we genuinely hope management recognises what an asset you are to this resort.
