Byli jsme moc spokojeni a budeme s láskou vzpomínat na pobyt ve vašem hotelu. Všechny služby byly na vysoké úrovni. Personál velmi milý a vždy ochotný pomoci. Využili jsme i služeb místního fotografa. Language: czech

Food was hit and miss, Buffet was decent BUT for breakfast...same food everyday, I mean??!!. Fruit selection was awful, for a caribbean country there was NOT much selection at all. The ala carte was disappointing, compared to other Grand Palladium location. Poseidon, Portofino and La Adelita was mostly ok but the rest....hard pass!. Cart service was awful, staff was ok for the most part, they were attentive (eventually) but be prepared to wait!. I mean.. I hate giving a 3 rating because I am a member but unfortunately I have to. Shout out to Jenel and Ava (PTC) and Kara at Poseidon 5 stars to you guys..

Beautiful hotel, communal areas constantly being maintained but rooms dated with issues that do not get resolved quickly. Buffet restaurants are repetitive, à la carte restaurants all served food that was cold in temperature.

We had a really lovely long weekend at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and personable, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The food was very good at several of the restaurants, with Poseidon being a particular favourite. The entertainment was great as well! We spent most of our evenings at Ms. Lou's Bar, enjoying cocktails, coffee, and just unwinding while listening to the nightly entertainment. The beach and pool were absolutely divine and so inviting! Overall, the service was very satisfying, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our getaway. We left with some great memories and would definitely love to return!

Just got back to the UK after 14 nights at the hotel . I came last year in September for 18 nights and loved it so this time thort it be lovely to come back and get married just me and the now wife. When we arrived after a long flight they was quick at checking us in and giving us our room keys . Whilst there we was grabbed buy the travel club saying have u got your FREE wedding gift yet we said no just got of a long flight they insisted we sign something for a Free dinner on the beach we asked is it included they said yes so we did . We got to the room very lovely clean , aircon working well bed comfy but bit squeaky no issue really. Got settled in first night and went to all the bars where lots of the staff recognised us and was very welcomed back we really was in very good spirits the drinks was flowing and the vibes from all the bar staff and drinks was brilliant. First few days spent mainly round the big pool, Las brisas beach which was the reason we came back very good drinks and music was just how we remembered drinks was differently improved in all bars , pools brilliant. 4 days in was our special wedding day that's where things went downhill organised it so I shud of been waiting at the bottom of the aisle as I wanted it to be a full shock as I have not seen my partner in her dress . They picked me up first bang on time whisked me down to where the signature bar and bungalows are and got me a rum and coke from the bar whist waiting for the minster and the wife to turn up. 30 -40 minutes goes by quick no sign of the minster or no update till I then asked what was going on should I wait at bottom of the Isle I asked the wedding planer then told me my wife was ready and nervous and I should av another drink OK I was getting vibes something going on . I had another drink and waited I asked again what is going on only then she said the minster is running late have another drink and we will bring the minster and the wife down when ready fine . So there I waiting I said do I wait at bottom of the aisle where planned no wait here your wife isn't far away have as much drink as you want and wait all fine didn't mind . Not long later my wife turns up in the cart the surprise was ruined really did she look good course she did but from there the wedding planer said do u want her to go back to the room I said no there's no point now and said you shouldn't of rushed us out of the room like they did she apologised, got us both drinks whist we waited on the cart together. Finally the mister turns up we walked down the Isle together and did our vows got our photos done and moved on that night we was in the Italian restaurant. Orderd food in the Italian both dishes we loved last year and after a long wait the food turns up pasta underdone and luke warm not we expected on our wedding night off all nights the wedding planer drops the cake of and we ask us to take it back to our rooms which we refuse as we staying on lady Hamilton side and it was raining heavy . We then ask if we can leave the cake there the server ad to ask someone just silly behaviour. The next day we expressed our concerns and complaints to the wedding planer and asked to get the cake delivered to our room she apologised buy said she didn't no about getting the cake to our room yet again silly behaviour and unacceptable. After all this we tried to move on with our honeymoon and holiday try to enjoy it to the max which we did round the pools and the bars when it came to the Al cart dinners all was disappointing taking ages food turning up luke warm & regularly salty not like last year very disappointing. Bar staff , cleaning staff pools and beaches still stunning but the food as gone well downhill buffets regularly only ad one or 2 opened and just a frenzy of people waiting. We hate to complain or be disappointed but palladium has changed my wife ended up seriously ill for 4 days all our concerns and complaints we told to the wedding planner and management not another was done just said sorry then offerd us a free dinner on the beach which we should of got anyway . Its awful feeling this way about a holiday and wedding that we worked hard for and paid alot of money for but its the food , service received didn't live up to our expectations at all I would never return to this hotel again .
