Ocean Eden Bay

The stay was great, shannoy was pretty good

September 2026 we stayed at oven Eden bay resort the stay was amazing we had the privilege stay at the hotel and it was great very attentive butler Tyrece he was great . Room was clean and the vibes were nice . We event got our room decorated for a birthday

Good stay. Customer service was good, the property was nice, with friendly cats which i enjoyed. I wish the food options were better but the restaurants were good. The room was nice. Overall a good stay. Would come again.

This is advertised as a 5* however at best it is a 3*. It looks good on the surface but leaves a lot to be desired The food was dreadful e g crispy bacon was burnt or cremated, Apart from once the steak was tough and inedible. Blue Moon was best on site ambience and service excellent and food the best we had (apart from the French onion soup . No onions just stock and soggy bread and some cheese) Our butler Sharnell was really good and sorted out some issues. Staff on the whole were really good. A very special mention goes to Millicent at the pool bar . In over 30 years of staying in hotels have never had the service like she provided. Wasted serving drinks Website was dreadful states restaurant is open and it wasn't I booked a table for dinner at one to find it was closed and got nothing advising me The map leaves a lot to be desired...Its a simple process to assign numbers and a list rather just showing symbols

My time was well spent employees such as dedra, sherea, billy, kitty, Lee & fresh made it even better ty guys see you next time
