Booking this hotel I knew it was going to be a quieter location, what I didn’t expect was to be schooled every thing we done to try and make an atmosphere, firstly I would like to say the selection of the food was to be fair ok and the bar team downstairs were amazing, 1 young lad never stopped such an asset to the hotel it’s a shame the rest don’t follow suit, atmosphere, no music round the pool, lifeguard sleeping all day and to top it off took pool floaters away let them down and hid them, pool bar team should not work in hospitality ! The night porter a blonde gentleman had some serious problems with life, I’ve traveled the world and work in hospitality and we all have bad days but seriously they were rude and miserable, I must state the rooms were spotless we had a suite at the front and the lady was cleaning early morning and still there late at night sweeping restaurant. All in all food ok rooms spotless, attitude of 50% of the team is shocking I would definitely not reccomend this hotel

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was lovely, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We were a little confused that our room only had a patio door rather than a traditional front door, but it wasn’t a major issue. The hotel was also very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The food was the biggest disappointment. The selection was very limited, and we ended up eating chips most days. We also found pastries with mould on them and bread that was rock hard, which was quite off-putting. The location wasn’t quite as described and felt very limited. Unless you’re happy spending your time at the beach or the nearby mini market, there’s not much else within walking distance. We’d recommend hiring a car for at least a day, as it’s reasonably priced (around €55) and makes it much easier to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and always polite, but communication was difficult as there was a significant language barrier. We often had to point to what we needed rather than explain it. Overall, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, but the food, location, and communication made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.
