Firstly, all the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. We did not use the pool as we enjoyed our balcony, but we saw it cleaned every morning, we watched the "robot" cleaners and a member of staff with hose and brush., Our room was a premium room on a high floor, yes it looked down at a shopping mall, but looking over the mall was an amazing view of the beach and palm trees. Our balcony was exactly as shown in the brochure, all the appliances in our room were either brand new or recently updated. Air con is only in the bedroom (why have it in the sitting area, who spends their holiday there). By opening all the doors the cool air did travel through. Sleeping was amazing, the pillows were so comfortable we asked Marga if we could buy one from the hotel, she spoke to the director and the director GAVE us one free. Thank you, she still loves it . We did go for breakfast once plenty of variety but for us a little bit pricey as my wife only wants a couple of slices of toast and at a fixed cost it didn't suit us. My breakfast was fine. If you are English try breakfast here because I kid you not, I could not find a place selling an English breakfast with 30 mins walk in either direction. Cleanliness we were told it would be cleaned every 3 days and it was, we forgot to put the towels out for change and we missed it, BUT we saw a maid and asked for a towel change, which she was happy to oblige. Be prepared that resort caters more the German cliental than English as the Germans have been using this resort for over 60 years. there are very few English here and so you will not find an Irish pub or an English breakfast. So enjoy what is has to offer

We had a very pleasant stay. Clean comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. Shout out to Margia and Simon at reception who were very helpful. Lesley, Ireland.

Nice modern apartments. Shame aircon is only in bedrooms of some of the apartments. Service is poor rooms not cleaned in week stay . More staff needed to cover bar in pool area for longer periods . Great location and views . Reception staff also excellent. Mostly Spanish or German families in this resort which we liked and no race for sun beds as a lovely quiet sitting area with jacuzzi. Shame people do not read sign and shower before use . Children also not allowed but are told off by the lifeguard if using this. Morro Jable is a stunning resort with lots of lovely restaurants. Just don’t expect lots of pubs .This is a laid back resort, we did love Janet’s music bar and bar by Italian in town . Excellent music for two nights and the music on stage was great for the Spanish festival week . Stunning beach and walk to town also lovely beach bars and lots of little restaurants in the old town. Repeat also felt safer than other Canary Islands .
