Very very good hotel, very quick service and I went down to say my television wasn’t working and they fixed it in minutes

Another visit and few changes . The inside bar wasn't open and so had to go outside to the pool bar , which as you can understand gets a bit busy. Changes to drinks in restaurant, at night , as you have go up and ask someone at a make shape bar area , rather than helping yourself, presume people on different boards have been taken advantage for "free" drink. Moved some of the food stations around, which was better as not overcrowded. Unfortunately, they have changed seats on balcony, as now 2 little bistro seats and a round table , where before, they had seats and leg stools. Around the place could do with a little touching up in places but still did our 4 day break.

I can really recommend hotel, great service, great place, great people. We really enjoy the holidays in Gran Canaria

Thus hotel is good regarding cleanliness, food and the rooms are good but there is a distinct lack of adult entertainment which you expect for an all inclusive 4 star hotel.
