Casas Pepe Apartments & Spa - Adults Only

Lies about the spa facilities. It's never open! They will say it's full and they "booked you in but you missed your appointment" Really rude receptionist woman who implied we were liars and she told us about our appointment when she did not. The reception is always closed for a break, she barely works (probably why, lazy). Receptionist didn't even then respond to our complaint about it, but when we checked out didn't even say goodbye. Just say with her angry looking face. TV didn't work. Air-con didn't work. Items are cheap, cheap soap, cheap coffee/milk. Full of chain smoking angry middle age German women. Additional amenities are why we went and none worked. Wouldn't go again .

We actually wanted to rate this a 4.5 star but unable to. This was first time staying here, we were both very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our 3-week stay. Most of the staff were very good and some fantastic; breakfast was excellent and included. The spa was great and included once a week for free ( we did have 3 massage sessions also which were amazing at extra cost). Apartment was nice except for 2 minor things: the king sized bed was literally just 2 singles pushed together with single sheets and the shower was a very small. Wifi was very good and location was amazing, right on the promenade above the beach. Recommend highly and we will return!!

The apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was extremely clean, nice warm water and a nice bubble bath. The breakfast was top notch: tasty and very varied. Not a classic hotel breakfast at all.

These apartments are beautiful, clean, quiet and fully equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was fresh and varied every day. The location was perfect just a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants with the beach also easily accessible We will definitely be returning
