H10 Costa Mogan

Chilled stay from start to finish. Great food, exceptionally clean. Wonderful staff, Brian & Edna in the restaurant were very helpful with gluten free options for my daughter. All staff are warm and friendly and always smiling. Bar staff are fabulous, especially the older barman in the mogan lounge. Entertainment is good just would have liked it to go on a little later. Pool is warm, clean and no sunbed dramas, always plenty of loungers available. Animation team, isias was full of energy , very enthusiastic and had plenty going on if you wanted to join in. A perfect holiday.

Lovely hotel, good location, very clean and plenty of choice in the restaurant. Sky Bar is great for pre-diner drinks. Brilliant service from Steffi. Would definitely use this hotel again

Location is great. View from our room was beautiful- right across to the shore line. The atmosphere was so warm and friendly. The staff could not be more helpful. This applied to all staff fron the check-in staff to those who cooked and cleaned and served the pool area. Without exception they were professional, warm and friendly. Special mention should be made of Isaiah - the animations coordinator. His endless enthusiasm for his programme of activities was infectious. He had this ability to engage guests in everything from pool gym and water basket to learning about Canarian wines and cheeses! Rooms were immaculate and kept fresh and clean. The hotel is also notable for its sustainable practices. Food was terrific. Give the Costa Fusion restaurant a visit. Thank you to everyone @ H10 Costa Mogan who made our holiday extra special. We will definitely rebook.

Spent a week at Costa Mogán and couldn't fault it. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The animation team were great and didn't push you to join in things you didn't want to. For a fussy eater, I was able to find something lovely to eat each night - the food was delicious, in abundance and well-presented. Rooms wee clean and spacious. The bar staff were great and got to know our drink order quickly! Wasn't overly expensive for drinks either. The hotel location was great - straight on to a quiet beach and also walking distance from the next 2 beaches. I would definitely recommend and would come back.

Excellent 10 days.... Service and food was unreal... Would highly recommend this hotel...
