H10 Costa Mogan

Hotel and staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for staff to sort out. Visit to Fusion restaurant was great. Emir, Bego, Stefy made us feel special, so attentive. Thank you also to Arkaich the chef who cooked us an excellent meal. Let’s not forget the cleaning staff who keep the hotel and rooms looking great. Entertainment was great,. Overall a very enjoyable holiday. Thank you H10 Costa Morgan.

A lovely experience at this H10 in Costa Mogan. A special thanks to the very efficient lady who is on the Privileged desk and handle guest relations. When we arrived she kindly walked us around the hotel pointing out all the important areas which helped us settle in much more quickly. On our departure she helped us take our baggage out to the taxi rank. A lovely person who H10 hotels should be very proud of. A mention of the buffet restaurant is essential as it’s such a nice area. Cleanliness is obvious the second you enter, a really nice selection of foods and drinks with a separate section for Privilege dining.

Beautiful food and great service

### Lovely Hotel, Friendly Staff and an Enjoyable Stay Overall, we had a very positive experience at H10 Costa Mogán. The hotel was clean, well maintained and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Jonathan, who checked us in and out. He was very helpful in explaining the hotel facilities, our half-board arrangements and where to find free parking for our hire car. This was our first time staying half-board, and we really enjoyed the variety of food available at breakfast and dinner. Our only criticism was having to pay for water with our evening meal when it was free at breakfast. This may be standard for half-board, but it seemed a little strange to us. The evening entertainment could also have been more varied, as it was almost entirely singers and music acts. It would have been nice to see something different, such as comedy or magic shows. Other than these minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A lovely, clean hotel with excellent staff, and somewhere we'd happily recommend!

We had a fantastic week at this hotel, we originally booked just half board but after reading reviews we decided to upgrade to all inclusive and privilege, Thankyou to Jennie for sorting this and for upgrading our room. All the staff were great but special mention to Yanet for looking after us so well with cocktails and lovely food, you made our holiday. We were aware the hotel is not close to lots of restaurants and bars but there was a shop on site and aSpar a close walk away, a couple of us walked along to the beach to snorkel. Our room was good, no problems, it was kept very clean as is the hotel. We enjoyed the food on offer and ate at the à la carte restaurant and the buffet. A shout out to Christian in the buffet who looked after my husband who has coeliac disease. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace bar every night before eating. We also enjoyed the pool activities during the day and the evening entertainment was pretty good. We will definitely consider returning here.
