Lovely hotel staff extremely friendly the restaurant and food are amazing, the Costa Fushion restaurant was extremely good too the food was excellent and the staff Tony Begonia Cristian Arkats and Eli were all so brilliant our first visit was included in the price but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to book again and pay! elsewhere the rooms are amazing big thank to Gabrielle on reception lovely view from the junior suites pool area and a sea view Around the pool the day menus of activities was led by Izathias who was just brilliant in encouraging people to take part so nice and friendly in fact all the staff were brilliant would highly recommend would definitely book again

We have just returned from 10 nights at this hotel and have mixed feelings about it, I think it grew on me as time went on! Firstly, the sea view from the rooms is beautiful and very relaxing. The rooms are big and spacious however, the beds are 2 single beds and aren’t comfy at all. For a 4 star hotel I expect at least a double bed for a double room! The bathroom facilities In the rooms were a little shoddy and could do with a touch up. They give you a key to leave in at all times for the electricity which is great for keeping the aircon on all day. The balconies are quite small and the tables are tiny!! This might seem so petty but it was hard to even put your drinks on never mind play cards or anything. Again something little but can have a big impact. You had to pay for coffee refills if you wanted them in your room daily.. again, for a 4* hotel this should just be provided as standard. The food was ok! It was varied even for 10 nights. Just a minor point at breakfast - please chop the tomatoes up! No one wants whole big beef tomatoes they go everywhere when cutting them up. The food is often so far under the hot lamps you can’t reach them and when you do, it was ironically not very warm. Some of the main foods were cooked in front of you though which was good. Pool bar food was ok, not much choice but ok. All drinks are premium branded drinks which Is excellent! And the pool are was lovely, the pool is very warm! I wouldn’t bother with the privilege upgrade.. they just seemed to have the private pool to the left and a cordoned off section in the restaurant which was actually quite funny!😂 the main pool is nice enough. The location isn’t great unless you want to taxi/bus everywhere. Theres nothing around within walking distance in respect of bars/restaurants, you’d need to get the bus/taxi. This then leads me on the the hotel entertainment which is some of the worst entertainment I’ve ever experienced!! They had a singer on each night and each one of them was awful (no offence!) and the atmosphere in the evening was pretty flat. If you want to go to your room to escape this, don’t bother as the doors aren’t double glazed so you can hear it all as if you were still sat there 😂 to say the location of this hotel isn’t great id expect better atmosphere and better entertainment provided. Smoking is fairly prohibited, there is a smoking area in front of reception and one in the pool area, and no ash trays provided on your balcony insinuating a no smoking room. I understand why they want to put this in place, but even just a smoking section with tables and chairs in the bar area for the evening would be much better. You have to get up and go to the smoking corner like you’re at school! It’s a little restrictive and unfair. All in all these aren’t criticisms, they’re just little things I think could be improved given the hotel has a 4* rating. I probably wouldn’t return due to the location and the beds mainly, but wouldn’t tell people not to go!

Begonia and Toni made our experience fantastic. So attentive and happy in their work too. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing, lots of choice. Presented to a high standard. Delicious!

Welcoming staff, attentive to all our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious, with a good range of dishes to choose from. Atmosphere and decor also enhanced the experience.
