Amazing place and amazing staff. Been going here for the last 12 years. Clean, beautiful settings. Bungalows are a great place to stay - no lifts or balconies and minimal steps, therefore ideal for families. Entertainment team have always been great. Would recommend 100%

Exceeded 3-star expectations—a fantastic family holiday! Review Score: 4/5 Stars (Official 3-star rating, but easily delivers a 4-star experience) Arrival & Accommodation We arrived early at 1:00 PM. While official check-in wasn't until 3:00 PM, the staff worked hard and we were in our room by 2:30 PM. The room itself was modern, spotless, and regularly cleaned throughout our stay—making it the perfect base for our family of five. Pools & Activities The pools were immaculately clean and kept at a lovely temperature. Daily activities were a massive highlight for both the kids and adults; we joined in on the pool disco, kids' mini disco, water mat session, and the foam party. A quick tip on pool towels: you need to leave a cash deposit at the spa for each towel unless you are an Emblem guest (which includes them). It is a bit frustrating that it's cash-only, but we knew beforehand so it wasn't an issue. Sunloungers We stayed near the children's pool and never had to rush. We would head down to breakfast around 8:30 AM and still found plenty of great sunloungers available. If you specifically want front-row seats by the pool, you'd likely need to be up and out before 8:00 AM (which probably applies to the main pool too). Dining Experience * Breakfast: Served buffet-style at the Picnic restaurant with massive variety—hot drinks, smoothies, cheese, ham, salad, hot cooked food, yoghurts, pastries, and juices. Etc. Over a two-week stay, there was enough rotation that we didn't get bored, and the kids were obsessed with the churros and waffles. * Lunch & Dinner: We stuck to the buffet. About 50% of the options stay the same, while the other 50% rotate weekly. They also feature themed nights (Mexican, Japanese, BBQ, etc.), so there was plenty of choice. We didn't try the snack bar, but it runs a cooked breakfast from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then opens until 5:00 PM with hot lunch options like burgers, hot dogs, and chips. * Italian Restaurant: We ate here twice during our two weeks. It's a three-course meal featuring a self-serve starter selection, a large Italian main course menu, and a choice of three puddings. Soft drinks are included in the all-inclusive package, but alcoholic drinks cost extra. While prices are reasonable (a nice bottle of Prosecco was around €24), it felt slightly cheeky to charge for alcohol when you're all-inclusive and sitting right next to the daytime bar where other drinks are covered. Drinks & Bars Amstel is the beer on tap, available at self-serve stations across all bars. Local red, white, and rosé wine are kept in ice buckets for self-pouring. Local spirits and cocktails available to order at the bar. The bars were never too busy during the day, with only a small queue in the evenings. Overall, this felt like a solid 4-star holiday. We loved it, the kids loved it, and we would highly recommend it. Don't be put off by the official 3-star rating—the strong reviews are entirely accurate, and we would happily return!

Before arriving there was alot of mixed reviews so we came here with an open mind and can honestly say it was the best holiday ever. As a family with a toddler we loved the bungalow style accommodation - each one had its own sun loungers and table and chairs which were perfect for when our little one was sleeping. The food had a great variation each day and the themed nights were great. We loved the Italian à la carte the best antipasto I’ve seen! Everything was full of flavour and we didn’t have any complaints. The children’s section of food was always great too and there was always something for our little one. All staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They couldn’t do enough for us. Entertainment during the day and on an evening was great. The only thing there isn’t enough seating on a night so people had to sit on sun loungers however this wasn’t an issue for us. We hired towels from the spa these were €15 each and you need cash to buy those (there’s a cash point in the hotel) only downside you have to pay for the safe in your room which was abit annoying but wouldn’t put me off coming again. If you are considering this hotel then I would say go for it - you won’t be disappointed!
