HD Parque Cristobal Gran Canaria

Just returned from a week’s stay and we absolutely loved it. Our apartment was incredibly spacious, spotless, and kept wonderfully cool despite the heat outside. The beds were very comfortable, and the separate kids’ room was a huge hit with our daughter. The hotel grounds were immaculate and clearly very well managed. The restaurant staff in particular worked tirelessly — plates were cleared immediately and everything ran smoothly. The food was great, with plenty of variety every day and a separate kids’ section that made mealtimes easy. We were a little nervous about travelling in August, expecting it to be too busy, but we never struggled to find a sunbed. There were always plenty available. The pool and restaurant did get busy at peak times, but nothing beyond what you’d expect for the season. The pools were perfect for children, and our daughter loved the kids’ club. Staff were also quick to resolve any issues — we had a small ant problem on the first night, and within ten minutes someone arrived to sort it. We didn’t have any issues after that. The location has a few bars and shops nearby, though it is a bit of a walk. The free shuttle to the beach was really helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would happily return.

Check in easy. Upgraded the next day to all inclusive, well worth it. Room fab. Air con fab! 2 pools, slides for kids. We had a blast. Good things were the footy pitch, my boys played and made new friends everyday at it. Also the pool tables, only 1 euro! Free table tennis table. The entertainment team were non stop, full of energy, excitement, encouragement and went above and beyond to make us have a blast. The aqua gym, aqua dance, aqua spinning class, water polo etc etc etc brilliant. Evening entertainment was fab too, kareoke....tequila!!! Foam parties, pool nighttime disco...dance shows, even chess. Special mention to Daniela the dynamo, Iris the incredible(pure mad) fabio the fantastic and Eric the eccentric! Plus the others on the team. All amazing so thank you!

We stayed for 10 days, the room was really lovely. It was clean and very well maintained by the staff. The hotel is lovely, all the staff we came into contact with were exceptional. The reception staff were really helpful, and the spa was great (masssge and facial was very relaxing). The hotel is clean with a calm atmosphere ( it smells incredible in the reception area).Entertainment was really good and aimed at younger children. The location suited us, we used the shuttle bus to the beach, but preferred to walk to the beach at Playa. It was about a 10 minute walk to some great restaurants. All inclusive food was rally good, we all enjoyed the BBQ. We would definitely stay here again

We have just returned from a week here and we had the best time (14 & 10yr olds with us). The layout is great, the bungalows are so spacious, it felt like a real home from home. We aren’t big on evening entertainment so we spent our evening going for a walk and playing UNO which suited us perfectly. The pools are fab, we preferred the splash zone area but this was just our preference. The whole place felt very clean and well maintained. We thought the food choices were brilliant compared to some all inclusive places we have been, and there’s a great little supermarket just outside the gate which seemed to have everything. The family hour at the spa was a great find, my 10yr old daughter loved it! All in all, we had a great time, and I don’t go many places where I’d pay to go back again but I would here!

This is a lovely hotel to stay in. For a three star hotel I think it deserves more. The resort is immaculately clean as were the rooms. The resort was not overcrowded considering it was middle of the school holidays. Other holidays I’ve been to, the pool side has been rammed. There is plenty of food choice and the staff work really hard to clear tables quickly and to assist you if needed. The only downside was there weren’t enough tables to watch the entertainment so to ensure we had a table we didn’t all go to dinner at same time. The kids club is brilliant and there is a small arcade on site which kept the children happy. I would definitely come back this hotel.
