Nádherný nový hotel přímo na pláži. Vysoký standard služeb - dostupné je pouze all inclusive - to obecně nemám ráda, ale překvapilo mě , jak kvalitní i zdravá jídla i nápoje jsou servírovány. Koktejly jsou chutné - můj nejoblíbenější Aperol spritz , Sangria de Cava. Partner rad pil Negroni. Všechny koktejly rádi připraví i v nealko verzi - dcera nejradeji pila Strawbery daiquiri ale i Mango mojito mělo velký úspěch . V hotelu je možno navštívit několik restauraci - nutno rezervovat navstevu předem - jde to snadno v aplikaci hotelu - tu lze stáhnout ještě před příjezdem a prozkoumat menu 😆. Pokoje jsou neuveritelne ciste, stejne tak jak všechny části hotelu. Toalety jsou uklizeny téměř nepřetržitě. Veškerý personál je velmi přívětivý a ochotný !!! Během našeho pobytu vše fungovalo na 100% . Jídla v restauracích i v bufetu byla velmi chutna - velký vyber ! Během dne probíhá program pro dospělé i deti - sama jsem využila cvičení - tabata, cycling. Dceru se nejvíce líbilo disco a skakaci hrad . Všechny aktivity lze najít v aplikaci hotelu. Úžasná je i blízkost pláže - lze vyjít z hotelu a jste přímo na plazi. Ta je s černým pískem a vlny zde jsou o něco menší než v Maspalomas. Také zde méně fouká. Nesetkala jdeme e s hotelem , kde by veškerý personal byl tak ochotný a přátelsky jako v tomto hotelu. Zaslouží si velký dík a ocenění. Náramně jsem si užila i aktivity jako latino dance, kreslení a ruční práce. Každý večer probíhá v hotelu živá hudba nebo koncert. Stejně tak u snídaně probíhá živá hudba - piano, housle, viola. Místní spa je nadherne, masáže luxusní! Hotel má jedné butik - Savana - nabízí krásné oblečení vyrobené ve Španělsku , kterému se nedá odolat. Hotelu nemam co vytknout, snad jen kdyby na pokoji byla taska na plaz s logem hotelu - byla by to krásná reklama na plaz za minimální náklad. V hotelu Lopesan jsme tašku automaticky dostali a užíváme ji dodnes :) Celkove je hotel úžasný a neuděláte chybu s jeho navstevou.

This was our second stay and was excellent once again. The food (and choice of restaurants) was excellent. Staff were great. Really good quality and we're going back next year!

This was our second stay at this hotel at a similar time of year. Last year, while it had its faults, overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. The issues we noticed previously have worsened, and many of the things we liked have clearly declined. The fundamental problem is value for money. If this hotel were priced lower, many of these issues could perhaps be overlooked. However, at the price point they are charging and with the claim of being a luxury all inclusive resort, it falls well short. For similar money, you could stay at high end all inclusive resorts in places like Mauritius such as Lux which would completely outperform this hotel in every aspect. They are not even comparable. The rooms themselves remain a strong point, spacious, modern and generally well presented. However, even here the experience fell short. On arrival, the phone was broken, the TV did not work and the first time we used the shower it flooded the room. While these issues were eventually fixed, they should not occur in a supposed five star luxury resort. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Basic items like tea, coffee and water were frequently not replenished and often required multiple calls. Empty cans and dirty glasses were left in the room for days and at one point a dirty cleaning cloth was left behind. These are basic standards that simply were not met. Around the hotel, while generally clean and modern, there are clear signs of wear and neglect. Many sun loungers are tired or broken and the seating near the Karna restaurant is in very poor condition, completely unacceptable at this level. The main pool looks beautiful but is far too cold to enjoy. My daughter and other children were visibly shivering after being in it which says everything. The lift situation was also frustrating, with one out of service for our entire stay leading to constant waiting. In disabled bathrooms there were no hand towels and when raised we were told to use toilet paper, again not acceptable. Dining is extremely inconsistent. The Italian restaurant is genuinely very good with high quality food and attentive staff. However elsewhere it is hit and miss. Karna has a nice setting and decent service but the food is average and like most restaurants there were constant issues with high chairs, either unavailable, broken or dirty. This was a recurring problem across the entire resort including breakfast and the poolside shack. Breakfast itself was chaotic, loud, overcrowded and poorly managed. Sitting outside often meant long waits for tea and coffee and on one occasion we were told to get it ourselves. The use of outdoor tables is baffling, with many left empty but unavailable. The buffet in the evening felt unappealing and crowded and we avoided it entirely. The poolside shack was particularly poor. Service was slow, tables were rarely cleared and the food was basic at best. A cheeseburger I ordered was frankly awful, a cheap bun, poor quality meat and a slice of processed cheese. Drinks were served in plastic cups which is understandable poolside, but many were visibly dirty and had to be sent back. There is also no pool service which is surprising at this price level. Lemon Fish is a nice setting but not suitable for families unless your children enjoy raw fish. When I asked for something simple like chips for my daughter I was told to go to another restaurant to get them myself, completely unacceptable. Despite paying full price for a child, they are clearly an afterthought throughout the resort. High chairs, a basic requirement, were consistently difficult to find and often in poor dirty condition. The bar and entertainment offering has also declined since last year. Drinks are now served in smaller, cheaper glasses which detracts from the overall experience. Last year felt more premium, this year feels noticeably cut back. Vibra being adults only after 11 is also a shame for families with older children. The restaurant booking system remains a complete disgrace. It is incredibly difficult to secure reservations yet when you arrive there are often plenty of empty tables. The excuse given that the kitchen cannot cope when full makes little sense. If the restaurant cannot serve full capacity then capacity should be reduced accordingly. All of these small issues add up significantly and completely undermine the experience. At this price point details matter and here they are consistently lacking. In summary, while some elements of the hotel remain good, it is simply nowhere near the standard or value expected of a luxury all inclusive resort. If you have experienced true high end all inclusive hotels you will find this very disappointing. It feels like a hotel in decline. For the money there is no justification and we will not be returning.
