Servatur Green Beach

Lovely hotel - clean, fresh towels and large rooms. Stayed with my husband and our son on the 3rd floor. Beautiful views! Walking distance to a large number of bars and restaurants out the back of the hotel. Large market on Tuesdays. Stayed half board but we also ate out. Tapas across the road was beautiful! Valentines meal at the hotel was lovely and breakfast was also great each day. Possibly the time of year but not many “youngsters” in the hotel but very friendly and we enjoyed it.

We have been going to Green Beach for a couple of years and always booked the same category room with a sea view. In December we were given a room on the second floor with garden view. We had to pay €140 extra on top for the sea view room although we had already paid for it in our booking. Very annoying!

If I could rate this hotel, I would give it a zero considering I was robbed at the hotel and none of the staff reacted. The theft happened in the luggage room while I was outside the hotel waiting for a room that was not ready when we arrived.The receptionist was very unfriendly and hostile even though the theft occurred under his watch.During our vacation, we were terrified that they would steal all our other belongings from the room because the hotel itself does not react if something is stolen from the hotel.The only positive thing I can say about the hotel is the friendly staff at breakfast and the delicious food.

When we arrived the room was not ready and receptionist offered to put our suitcases in the luggage room. He said it's safe. We put there 2 suitcases and one plastic bag with two pairs of snekers. We went for a walk and when we came there was no bag in the luggage room. Sneakers were stolen and receptionist was very relaxted about it and said they were going to check cameras and inform us next morning. Nobody from the hotel called us or informed us about the theft or any video from camera during the whole our stay there. I went to reception desk 2 times in 2 different days and receptionist was very rude and hostile and said it was our responsibility even though the theft happened on their watch. We felt very unsecure there and our holiday was ruined.Reception desk and management were terrible because they didn'r react at all on the theft in the hotel's luggage room. Nobody from the hotel's staff ever approached to us or call us durin our stay. Scandalous!

I booked the apartment last minute, and the deciding factor for me in choosing this hotel was that many apartments have sea views and it was possible to book an "upper floor" category with direct sea views.    I got an apartment on the 7th floor and was not disappointed:    The view was amazing, and I enjoyed sitting there in the morning, drinking my coffee with a wonderful view of the sea, and starting the day that way.    The check-in, very late in the evening, was extremely nice and super-friendly; I immediately felt welcome. And the reception staff in general was consistently friendly and very nice.    The apartment itself was spacious, the kitchen adequately equipped, and the beds were okay. Furthermore, the apartment was very clean. The first time I was only there for two nights, but I knew I would be back soon and returned a week later for a longer stay.
