Very impressive. Would not say it’s suitable for families especially with young children. Very open lots of stairs (although there are ramps and lifts so accessible). Would be more suited to couples which is fine for me. Very relaxing feel and I prefer that’s it’s not like a hotel , you have your own apartment type room with key code entry or an app on your phone. WiFi available all over the complex and free to use safe. No kettle and no crockery supplied. But there is a small fridge. If you like your 1st or last cuppa in the privacy of your own space take a travel kettle. Pool was comfortably warm, just the right temperature to cool off from the sun. Never had an issue getting a sun bed as there are lots and also beanbag type beds and sofas with the addition of hammocks. Good value for money and very clean. Great central location. BBQ Wednesday and Saturday at additional cost pp. Only problem…… BREAKFAST, all the other hotels seem to have it off to perfection coffee machines all in one place, toasters in one place these are where you expect to wait. Hot food together, cold together so you can go to either, it works. The breakfast is done canteen style. There is nowhere to rest your tray so you’re mostly one handed and loads of people dropped them in the week we were there. There is one separate coffee machine next to the bar for just a top up at breakfast locked away after breakfast, and a toaster on the bar for gluten free ( but people were using it for normal bread because of the queue !) In this order, You queue to get bread, then the toasters ( only 2 ) Next coffee (1 machine) and juice. Then cold salad and cereal, then cold meats and cheese. You finally get to the warm (just) cabinet where there is only boiled eggs the hot ham which is bacon in Spain, and scrambled eggs. Never once saw a sausage of any kind. All only lukewarm so by the time your sat down everything is cold. I tried moving up the line as I only wanted hot but from the looks I got and the very little room to pass I did not try this again. I ended up getting tins of beans from the shop next door, setting them going in the microwave while I queued for toast, left the queue, grabbed my beans and made it to a table with a hot breakfast. If you forget something beware of hostile looks from the others waiting in the queue. Long and short it would be an amazing place if this was addressed. Going back in April and really hoping that they have sorted this, if so I will definitely be going back again,

This doesn't really feel like a hotel, more like a hostel, as its mostly self-service. Good points: Spotlessly clean, beds new, mattresses new, bed linen nice quality, towels good quality too, beds comfortable, lots of hot water, shower really good, sunloungers comfy, pool area nicely layout, good location to explore. Maintenance good they fixed our door/lock and replaced broken fridge within minutes. We needed to move during our stay because the solar panels on the roof were clattering in the wind and we couldn't sleep.... they moved us not a problem and without an issue. Limited staff but the ones we met were all lovely and work very hard, thank you 😊. Not so good points: In your room there is little to no privacy for the bathroom, or toilet, as the door is opaque and there are gaps all around. No long mirror in the room, no dressing table mirror, lighting was poor, no mattress protector on the sofabed, no balcony ... you sit out the front - little privacy, no window to open for fresh air. Also nowhere to hang/dry wet swimwear or towels. Breakfast is badly laid out, selection on offer is sufficient, but definitely not excessive, there is also a shortage of coffee machines which leads to queues, there is also a shortage of crockery, mugs and cutlery. When finished you have to sort/recycle your leftovers yourself and set your plates etc up (like a canteen). No pool bar... its a vending machine. There is a bar in hotel breakfast area. Overall: Wouldn't recommend and won't return. For what we paid, it was okay.

Room was clean and pleasant, but several problems with the stay... Room facilities - zero tableware. When we first reported this they apologised and said they'd bring cups, plates, cutlery, etc. Two hours later I asked again and was told that no, they don't provide in the room - and you have to come down to the restaurant and 'borrow them, but must bring them back straight away!'. So we started doing this but then one night we were told we weren't supposed to do this, and had to use paper plates and paper cups, not great for the environment and frustrating when we'd booked a room to use as self catering and it came with a fridge and microwave. On the last day cups, plates and cutlery turned up. Very frustrating. Air con - we stayed in the Loop Suite so that we could both use our laptops in separate spaces, but the aircon was only in the bedroom, which meant when the door was shut the rest of the apartment got very warm. Bathroom door - transparent (slightly frosted) bathroom door leads out to kitchen/living area, with large gap at the top and bottom. Not great when you want to use the bathroom with some privacy. Pillows - common hotel problem, one hotel pillow each and they're very thin. Asked for one extra each when we arrived and was told housekeeping had finished for the day and to ask tomorrow. Asked tomorrow then told we couldn't have more as the hotel was fully booked. Frustrating to not have spare pillows when needed/requested, and the existing pillows are paper thin. Noise/Sound - we were on the upper of the two floors, but whilst we had no noise from above, the sound of people's feet walking past your room echoes through the concrete floor and several neighbours were having parties late into the night which you can hear clearly through the walls. You can also hear the hotel disco behind loudly through the kitchen walls (I think the back wall is thin and there's gaps around the backs of sockets that allow sound through). Housekeeping - I support not having fresh bedding every day, but you have the smallest bin in the room, and would be good if this was emptied every day to prevent mess. Customer Service - you'd get different attitudes and answers depending on who you asked at the time. Several times we'd be told one thing, only to be told the next time that that info was incorrect. Positives: The restaurant food was nice, and good size for the price. Pool area was tidy (although the bean bags did all smell of cats). House keeping did a good enough job of cleaning.

This is a nice, fairly new hotel in a good location, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, which made a good first impression. The rooms are modern and clean, with a very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning, which was much appreciated. The pool areas are a real highlight — well designed, attractive, and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind. The location is also very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. However, there are a few downsides that impacted the experience. The soundproofing is poor, and noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms was quite noticeable. The WiFi was also extremely disappointing — slow, unreliable, and not suitable for anything more than basic use. The gym itself is good and well equipped, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable to use, especially during warmer parts of the day. Overall, a nice hotel with great potential thanks to its modern feel, friendly staff, and excellent pool areas, but improvements to WiFi, soundproofing, and gym ventilation would make a big difference to the overall experience.

I’ve just returned home from a few nights away as needed a break and some sun ☀️ I chose this hotel as it looked nice and good reviews with a reasonable price tag with the flights/transfer. On arrival there was a lovely female receptionist who booked me in and I then headed off to my room. I like the fact it’s a door code rather than a key/card. On first impression a very bright vibrant place and the room was very big, spacious and decorated well. One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in! The shower was amazing and the bed comfy, nice there was a big TV with Netflix and plenty of drawers and storage. However the lodges are close together so not much privacy and where I stayed a very busy thoroughfare to the pool and reception. The soundproofing between rooms is just plain awful where I could hear both sides to the point there was just no peace. On my last night one side decided to take/make a phone call at 4am which woke me up which really annoyed me - I didn’t sleep well at all hearing the couples either side and I cannot believe in a new refurb that a basic level of soundproofing hasn’t been installed. I’m a frequent traveller and never experienced anything like this in my life - it was pretty miserable at times I’m afraid. Breakfast - maybe as I was so tired but what a shambles but more with the rude people there. People pushing in, walking back on themselves, drinking drinks when a large queue behind. The layout also is not the best as think the drink machines/drinks should be in one section with food in another. As noted the choice was not much and quite boring in all honesty. The pool areas were lovely with plenty of sun loungers and the lifeguard was lovely. Very fresh and clean areas and the pool was lovely to have a swim in. Loved the hammocks and chilled out vibe. I loved the restaurant next door - very reasonable and good choices. I was recommended the Tipsy Hammock which I went to every day - about a 15 min walk and well worth going! Couple of points with the room was no full length mirror and limited places to hang towels. Lighting poor in bathroom. As I was only here for a few nights I didn’t need housekeeping yet one tried to come into my room (the door was shut) when I was in the bathroom and came back again when I was just out shower mid afternoon. Not good just opening the door and felt a little on edge that someone was going to walk into my room so maybe something needs to be put into place to say not to enter?? I was offered a towel which was nice and more toilet paper which wasn’t required. I think this hotel could be top notch but I didn’t find my stay relaxing I’m afraid and the lack of sleep then silliness at breakfast just made me miserable where I was happy to leave and come home. I won’t return I’m afraid as I cannot stand to stay in a room where I can literally hear the rooms either side with silly phone calls at silly times. I needed this break as loads on my plate to come back pretty exhausted. Please soundproof your rooms as they are truly awful.
