Really friendly and helpful staff. Cocktails were among the best I've had and food is very tasty and extremely well presented. The hotel has lots of different areas to sit. Some around bar area that also has TV screens with sports on aswel as a poll table and table football. Also seating area all around the pool aswell as chillout areas with bean bags and hammocks around grass areas. Exceptionally clean and very well kept. I would 100% come again .

What I liked: The location - ten minutes walk from the Yumbo. Overall very clean. Price reasonable. Good shower. Lots of sun loungers around a pretty (but freezing) pool What I didn’t like: It would be easier to get a kidney transplant than a fresh towel. They keep costs down by replacing every three days. But when you are at a beach/going out every night then white towels get dirty. Should at least be easy to request clean towels. Cleaners knock on hotel doors earlier than any other hotel I have ever stayed in Staff are very smiley but very “computer says no” a lot, like trying to buy a takeaway coffee before 11:30.

Excellent facility. Its located about 7 - 20 mins walk from all of the resorts amenities but has onsite bar and restaurant and lovely restaurant Jardin del Sol next door which is inexpensive and offers huge portions, so beware. The whole place has a really relaxed atmosphere with a spacious pool and restaurant area. We only saw the restaurant area busy during breakfast time, which isn't as relaxing with loads of families with kids about. Not a complaint just sn observation. The rooms are bigger than most accomodation I have used, 2 single beds pushed together and a double sofa bed, I do not however think that they could accommodate any more than 2 guests. The shower room was lovely too. I get the other reviews about toilet privacy as you can hear everything your partner is doing in there. We did have a hairdryer although other reviews have stated that there wasn't one. I do have to agree with 'Kettlegate' I really dont want to have to get ready to go to the restaurant for my early morning coffee, so that is a definite negative. I understand the hotels stance on this but I want to to choose where I have my morning coffee. It is definitely value for money The staff are exceptional, Reception, Breakfast, Cleaning and Bar staff were super friendly, efficient and helpful. Two comments id like to make is that 1: We didn't see a cleaner until day 6 and declined the clean as we were leaving the following morning. 2: Our transfers could not get close the the apartments so we're dropped off and collected at another hotel which could present a problem for less mobile visitors, having to carry suitcases etc. Altogether a fantastic holiday and we will be back, with our own kettle xxx

Very nice and cozy hotel. Newly renovated which made the experience even better. The pool area and other main areas were well maintained daily and over all the hotel had a relaxing touch to it. + Clean common areas Calm vibe Kind staff Easy access Good breakfast, though the space at the buffet could have been a bit bigger - Freezing cold pool Bad ventilation in the rooms Bad lightning in bathroom Bathroom door (a glassdoor that doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling nor to the floor, which takes away the privacy of going to the bathroom) Cleaning service frequency (only every other 3 days)

Very nice room one of the best I’ve stayed in . Lovely pool area with hammocks and bean bags. Very clean bright hotel .one of the best I’ve stayed in in Playa del Ingles
