Location is good, beds were tough and cleaning once every three days. Swimming pool fine with enough beds, the hotel wasn’t full though. A great lack of privacy, when you step out the door you sit next to your neighbours.

Unbelievable experience! The hotel is stunning. It's so clean and fresh and New! Everything is so well put together and you want for nothing. The staff are very friendly, and have such amazing local knowledge. They have so much to offer, and being located not directly at the beach gives you the opportunity to go and explore. The mountain view whilst laying at the pool side is something, you can only dream about. The rooms have everything you need. With a fridge, hairdryer, a shower which has the best pressure and a mirror which has the best lights for them pre evening selfies. They have a gym, which is large enough to get a little pump in and cardio, however 5mins down the road is a bigger gym for them heavy duty lifters. Which is called Urban Gym. The cocktails are very well priced, and tasted wonderful. I definitely recommend breakfast because that breakfast excited me every day! We would like to thank each staff member, for taking the time to make our holiday and experience of a life time, Brain & Danny, & senior management you will be remembered and we will for sure be back to SHOLEO LODGEs very soon. We will also, very likely visit any other hotel you have. Thank you again for everything.

Well i transferred to this hotel after my 3 star hotel was having building work next door and I thought a 4 star hotel brilliant. Really nice staff but if i realised the rooms only got cleaned every 3 days the bed linen once a week i was shocked and if I wanted my room cleaned it was extra i was a bit shocked after checking in So I went for breakfast the next morning i was thare for 10 days nice selection of food but the cooked breakfast was cold no heat lambs only on induction hobs. Then after breakfast I thought I stay on around on the hammock outside my room but enough dna and sweat on it looked like not been cleaned since it been open in the 14 months every seat was the same i would not of expected this from a 4 star hotel myself.

Good central location in Playa del Ingles. About a 20min walk to the beach. Simple no fuss hotel that does the important things well. Good pool and sun lounging areas. Rooms are modern and recently refurbished. I found them to be comfortable. Breakfast was fairly functional but OK for the price. There is a padel court next door and bike hire. This is a good option if you don't want to spend a fortune and just want to be comfortable with a decent pool and are not that fussed about a great breakfast. There are plenty of nearby places to get breakfast too and there is a supermarket next door.

An absolutely fantastic hotel have no complaints at all it was our second stay having already been in March this year, and it was honestly amazing. Check in process was incredibly simple having been before we knew to do the pre check in offer prior to arriving. Room was amazing we were right by the pool this time plenty of space. We had no issues getting a sun lounger even on our arrival day when we headed to the pool at 2pm there were still plenty available. The hotel is kept to very high standards no rubbish to be seen anywhere, staff are always cleaning up around breakfast, the pool was cleaned daily with an automatic cleaner. The hotel is very modern and suits us perfectly, for reference we are a couple in our twenty’s. The whole atmosphere is relaxed they play music at the pool area and generally the other guests are very quiet and enjoy the relaxed vibe like we do. They also do cocktail offers Thursday to Saturday which we most certainly took advantage of. Special shoutout to Hony on the bar she remembers us from March and is the most friendly and welcoming person, she also makes the best pina colada we’ve ever had there was also another guy on the bar I forget his name but he was again very friendly and made an amazing mojito. The keypad entry is a lifesaver so much better than having to always remember a key card. Like i said this was our second visit and it certainly won’t be our last we may even be back this year but if not then March so see you again very soon!
