Lots of good but a few negatives so let's start there. 1. The beds were rock hard (I personally didn't mind this) but my husband who had damage to his spine struggled so much to get a comfortable night's sleep, they could definitely do with some softer mattresses. 2. While the restaurant had lots to offer the labelling of the food was not brilliant and a complete allergens nightmare, things like sauce (okay fair enough it's a sauce but what kind of sauce) same with the dessert it was just listed as moose (no clue as to the flavour) and nearly every single chicken dish contained mushroom so most nights I could just eat chips and plain pasta. 3. While it was warm out the pool was absolutely freezing so we only went in there once, they should probably extend the time on having the pool heated to maybe june/July time to make it more enjoyable. Now for the positive points. 1. The pillows were so soft and fluffy I just wish there was 2 of them. 2. Lots of food options available (although I've put this in my cons that's down to allergens, husband tried nearly everything and enjoyed most of it. 3. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when we needed something. 4. While extremely cold the pools were a lovely size. 5. Great location, no matter which way you look you have a fantastic view whether it be the airport, the sea or the mountains, we had airport/sea view which we loved (both my husband and myself are big aviation geeks) so it was lovely for us chilling on the balcony of an evening seeing the planes take off and landing While tracking to see where they'd come from. We have already looked at returning again later on in the year. For a first time doing an all-inclusive holiday over all we were very impressed.

I cannot fault this Hotel or any thing they offer. I find it hard to read some people’s reviews as from anything I’ve seen witnessed it is nothing other than fabulous. There is always plenty of choice for meals at any point in the day if you are all inclusive. I’m quite fussy and i didn’t struggle at all. Very clean rooms and the whole complex is cleaned to a very high standard. Staff are always willing to help if you need it, just be polite and ask and they will do anything for you. I actually find some guests attitude quite alarming and wonder if this is why some reviews may make it seem not as good as it really is. Let’s face it some people are just rude and that’s how they are. There is no issue with getting a Sunbed and they don’t allow you to reserve a Sunbed early in the morning which is a good thing as there’s really no need, there is plenty to go round. People seemed to enjoy the entertainment they had on offer. Book the hotel, show respect that you’d like to be shown and you will have a fabulous holiday. I’ll definitely be heading back for a third time. Thank you to the lovely staff, you made my holiday another one to remember.

Booked for a week self-catering via Love Holidays. We arrived to check in and were told that they did not have the room we booked! This was extremely disappointing, given we booked over a year in advance. All they could offer us was a studio. The guy on reception was very apologetic and explained that they would upgrade us to All Inclusive for the week. This is something that we wouldn't usually do, so we said we would look at the room and make a decision. When we got to our studio, we were pleasantly surprised. We had a sea view, and the room itself was huge. It is perfectly adequate for the two of us. The fact there was no kitchen wasn't an issue, as we wouldn't be using it in any case. We decided to keep the room and take the offer of the upgrade. We didn't want to risk losing the fantastic view. As it was about 8pm, we thought we would go and take a look at what food was on offer in the All Inclusive restaurant. Further disappointment. The choices didn't look appealing at all, so we decided to go out and eat. We didn't want to write things off completely, so we decided to try breakfast on our first morning. The choice was ample, but the quality was awful. I understand this is a 3 star establishment, but the food was 1 star quality. Bacon, so hard you couldn't cut it, sausages like rubber, scrambled eggs were vile. I'm not a snob by any means, but I would expect better quality food. That made our minds up, and we decided we would avoid the All Inclusive option and stick to our original plan of using the many local restaurants. I would have been devastated had I booked a week All Inclusive at the Livvo Morromar. So, in summary, the hotel itself is absolutely fine and definitely worthy of its 3 star rating. Staff were professional and would always help when asked. Food was a big letdown.
