A fine spot, but I found the hotel layout a little strange may not suit less mobile people ir wheel chair users. Also found a lot of unused space but maybe its off season. Otherwise the food was fine drinks were very good, maybe one or two of the older staff were a little rude or at least short with people. But over all a good spot, if I had any advice for the hotel they need to update their website its in no way reflects how good the outdoor space and bars are. Photos on the website are very generic and not a true picture but definitely would return. Staff like Antonio in the bar make the place so good.

We had a lovely holiday here in October. This was our second visit, but our first as Prestige guests. We didn’t use the Privilege lounge area, as unfortunately it was always full, we also didn’t use the sun lounger area as we preferred the sandy area. Neither of these things affected our holiday at all. We had a really lovely meal in the Al a Carte restaurant. Our room was kept spotless. We thought the food at breakfast and at the evening service was very good. They serve the best roast lamb, beef, and pork we have ever had. The only very small negatives for us was the inconsistency of being asked for the room card to be swiped. Some days our wrist bands were enough, some days they just waved us through, other days, quite firmly being told that we must swipe the card. Also the dining area for Privilege guests. We thought the area seemed quite small considering the amount of Privilege guest. It’s also very dark. The tables always seemed to be piled up with lots of dirty dishes that had been left on other tables. Not really a pleasant experience when you are dining. Some days they were very slow bringing drinks in the evenings. To be honest we thought the non privilege area was much better, so we actually moved and ate there. Maybe not really allowed, but the staff were all lovely and didn’t complain when we mentioned that we felt it was a much nicer area. However the staff also seemed over worked and once again the tables got piled high with dirty pots. All this said, we had a very nice holiday and we will definitely return. It is a lovely hotel, they just need to get a few better systems in place.

This shouldn’t be a four star hotel it’s a 3 at a push, the worst element is the bar staff who are just rude they clearly don’t want to be working on a bar!! Every drink served with an angry side eye! The staff at lunch and dinner are better but we were told off for moving a table to sit together after two other members of staff told us to sit wherever we like. One guy came running over and said how dare we move his tables 🤷🏻♀️ very odd behaviour. Pools aren’t heated which they say they are. No food options available after breakfast until 12:30 which is difficult if you have small ones. No where to get a coffee until breakfast opens at 8. Won’t be returning there are so many better hotels on Lanzarote
