I would like to thank the reception for their assistance and professionalism, I was just having a diner and requested to see the rooms and they were very helpful.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire Banyan Tree team for making my birthday one of the most memorable and beautiful celebrations of my life. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Solomon warmly welcomed us and kindly assisted with our luggage. I was truly touched by the beautiful room decorations—thank you to the Housekeeping Department for making the room so special. My sincere appreciation also goes to Mr. Shym and the Housekeeping team, especially Mr. Promod, Tamvir, Bijaba, Azmit, and Ghangkanyam, for their exceptional service and for making our stay so comfortable and convenient. Special thanks to Ms. Amal for always being so helpful and attentive. I would also like to sincerely thank the In-House Dining team, especially Nizam and Manisha, for their excellent service and attention to detail. My appreciation also goes to the wonderful staff at The jardin Staffs for making our breakfast experience truly enjoyable and breathtaking ambience A special mention goes to the Spa Team, particularly Ms. Sucheera and Kutch. Their warm assistance and the amazing spa facilities made me feel completely relaxed and well cared for. Above all, I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Paris Aktypis for his exceptional welcoming hospitality and genuine care. His warm approach truly made our experience even more special. Overall, my experience at Banyan Tree was absolutely amazing luxurious clean beautiful hotel . Thank you to every department and every team member who contributed to making my birthday celebration so unforgettable. You truly are one of the best hotels in Doha, and I look forward to returning again.

I personally would like to thank AMAL for assisting my hotel reservation with the corporate rate, to the quick response and assurance to meet my request. With the team for the very unexpected surprise in welcoming our family staycation at Banyan Tree last Thu, 16 July 2026. The compliment wedding anniversary cake and the bed love roses. It was beyond perfect, the early check-in, floor level and its view to late check-out. Thanks to SOUKAYNA at Jardin for assisting us with our breakfast time, and SALAH -General service attendant. My family and I really had a great time, looking forward for the next. It was a fab one! Truly appreciated.

I visited the hotel with my family for a weekend and we have received a good service specially the reception team they were all the time available to accommodate our requests and very welcoming and friendly
