We stayed at The Fairmont as our last destination from our Asia Tour. We were celebrating our late honeymoon / husband birthday and the team from Booking, to the Concierge, to Housekeeping, Breakfast staff, every person we interacted with delivered a 1000/10 service. Went above and beyond to ensure our stay was super comfortable and memorable. Definitely did not want to leave as they all made us feel part of the hotel family, would definitely be returning as each attention to detail and need was catered to. Excellent service. Love The Fairmont. Thanks again to the morning staff at Vaya: Aruj, Saleh, Manar and Hajar, all such beautiful helpful beings who constantly made sure my allergies were known and cared for.

We stayed at the Fairmont and absolutely loved it. The hotel was beautiful, and our room was really spacious and comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially in the morning during breakfast. A special mention to kaoutar who was so lovely, bubbly, and helpful. She really made our mornings extra special. The whole team were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the Fairmont. We will definitely be back!

My experience at Fairmount Doha hotel was a life experience to remember with great memories made. The hotel itself was beautiful with great views and facilities. The room where big spacious great views excellent facilities. The room service was brilliant staff were very helpful and friendly. My great experience was every morning looking forward to breakfast. The staff at breakfast were extremely kind and generous treating me with love and respect it felt like I was around family. The variety of food at breakfast was exceptional and I enjoyed cheese omelette which was my favourite. I made great friends and memories with the staff especially with SallahEddie Azam he was absolutely fantastic. I don’t have words to thank him enough. His other colleagues were great as well Zenab and a few others. I will definitely visit again and will recommend to family and friends. I have uploaded a picture of myself and Mr Salaheddine Azim sharing such a wonderful time at Fairmount Doha. Mr & Mrs Ali (Room 1507)
