We recently stayed here on an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The flyer provided clearly states that lunch and dinner are included à la carte. However, once we arrived at the restaurant and attempted to order, we were informed that all meals are served as a buffet instead. This is not only misleading but is false advertising. If the offering is buffet-only, this should be clearly communicated upfront so guests can make informed decisions. To make matters worse, the buffet itself was extremely underwhelming. The selection was limited, lacked variety, and was far below what you would expect from a beach resort of this standard. The quality and options simply did not match the expectations set by the Hilton brand or the price point of the stay. What truly made the experience unacceptable, however, was the attitude of the staff. When I raised the issue with the staff, the response was completely inappropriate. He remarked that “the men in your group didn’t complain,” implying that the concern was not valid because it was raised by a woman or that women always complain. This was not only dismissive but also offensive and unprofessional. Between the misleading information, poor food offering, and disrespectful interaction, this experience fell far below expectations. Management seriously needs to review both their communication with guests and staff training, as this is not the level of service one would expect from a Hilton property.

Outstanding service from yassine in the bar, highly attentive, discreet, and professional. He anticipated our needs and delivered a seamless, personalized experience. A true reflection of high hospitality standards, he really help us to chnage the mood during this hard time.

Amazing experience with great food and a pleasant ambiance. However, I have one suggestion: please consider providing a privacy curtain between the two-room balcony areas

This is really a great pace to stay and have a rest amidst everything that is going on now. Place is relaxing and perfect for family ❤️ We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you also to the staff, who were so accommodating and friendly. Especially Finda, the reception staff, and Henry who assist us for our luggages.
