We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The place is excellent, rooms clean, and the service is truly exceptiona. The entire staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I decided to spend my summer vacation at FKB Resort after a long period of hard work, and it was the perfect choice to relax and recharge. The beautiful beachfront location, peaceful atmosphere, and stunning ocean views made it an unforgettable stay. What truly made this experience special was the incredible hospitality from every member of the team. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing restaurant staff, Mara, Deby, Dwi, and Soe Yu. You were always welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. Your warm smiles, excellent service, and the way you served everything so efficiently made every meal a pleasure. A big thank you as well to the drivers, Henry and Sitheek, who were always friendly, professional, and ready to help. A very special appreciation goes to the reception team, especially Pungky, Othman, Finda, and Pandu, for helping me extend my stay and offering me such a great rate. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made everything easy and stress free. Finally, thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping the room spotless every day and for the lovely towel art surprises. Those thoughtful little touches made the stay even more memorable.
