We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas. From the beautiful resort facilities to the warm hospitality, everything made our stay special and relaxing. A special highlight of our stay was our breakfast experience at Souq Kitchen. We would like to give our sincere appreciation to Ms. Vine and Ms. Ivone, who provided us with such warm, attentive, and exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our breakfast. Their genuine hospitality and friendly smiles truly made our mornings more enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Chef Daniel for his excellent service and for helping make our dining experience even more memorable. Our appreciation also goes to the housekeeping team, especially Theingi, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Theingi was very attentive to our needs and requests and consistently made sure that everything was comfortable and well prepared. Her dedication and thoughtful service did not go unnoticed. Overall, our stay at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort was a wonderful experience, made even more special by the incredible team members who took such great care of us. Ms. Vine, Ms. Ivone, Chef Daniel, Theingi, and the entire team deserve our heartfelt thanks and recognition. We will definitely look forward to coming back and creating more wonderful memories at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort! ❤️

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort. From the beautiful surroundings to the excellent service, everything made our experience truly special. A special thank you to Ms. VINE, who assisted us during breakfast. She provided us with exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our breakfast experience memorable. She even made an extra effort to decorate and prepare our table to celebrate the birthday of our baby boy, Jace. Her thoughtfulness and warm hospitality truly touched us and made his special day even more meaningful. 💙🎂 We would also like to express our appreciation to the Housekeeping Team, especially THEINGI, who was very attentive to our needs and requests throughout our stay. The prompt and caring service made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Unfortunately, our stay at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort has been extremely disappointing and nowhere near the 5-star standard we expected. The food has been one of the worst parts of our experience. There is very little variety, the quality is extremely poor, and on top of this, we actually found hair in our food, which is completely unacceptable from any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. Another major issue was that by around 8:00pm, much of the food was already finished. Guests arriving to eat were left with very limited choices, and there did not seem to be enough effort to replenish the buffet. For the amount guests pay to stay here, this is simply not acceptable. We have also been very disappointed with the customer service. A number of the staff have been unhelpful and not particularly welcoming, which has made an already disappointing experience even worse. As a family travelling with a child with autism, we have also found the resort to be not autism-friendly. There seems to be very little understanding or support for children with additional needs. Families in our situation need patience, understanding and reasonable support, and unfortunately we have not felt that here. The resort itself may look impressive, but beautiful facilities alone do not make a hotel 5-star. Food hygiene, quality, service, hospitality and how guests are treated matter just as much. Finding hair in our food, food running out so early in the evening, poor variety, disappointing service and a lack of support for additional needs is absolutely not what we expected. Sadly, based on our experience, I would not rate Hilton Salwa Beach Resort as a true 5-star hotel and I would not recommend it
