Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North

We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, with great facilities and a wonderful atmosphere. What stood out the most, however, was the hospitality and the people who made our stay so memorable. A special highlight for us was Diego Jun Steakhouse. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, but the service made the experience even better. A huge thank you to Ahsan, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our visits. He was always attentive, professional, friendly and genuinely welcoming. He took great care of us and always made sure everything was perfect. We would also like to especially mention Seif, the bartender. He was fantastic — very friendly, professional and always in a great mood. The drinks were excellent, and his positive energy made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. He really knows how to make guests feel welcome. It is often the people who make a hotel stay truly special, and Ahsan and Seif definitely did that for us. Thank you to the entire hotel team and the team at Diego Jun Steakhouse for making our stay so enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely love to come back! Highly recommended!
