Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar By Tivoli

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at Tivoli hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay especially to Mehwish, Naveen and Zaid! The atmosphere was pleasant, relaxing, and made the overall experience very enjoyable. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Rooms are very nice I will recommend this hotel for friends and family

Amazing hotel in Qatar. Has a very traditional Arabic vibe but is still very modern with great amenities. Food at breakfast was great. Kushal and Mehwish were very helpful and provided everything we needed especially for our young son. Chef Sameer made a great breakfast! The beach is directly opposite and is lovely. If you want a more laid-back and tranquil stay in Qatar, this is the hotel for you

The service was excellent especially with the buggy cart services, they are fast and efficient Drivers; Peter and Enoch were very accommodating and friendly Breakfast was excellent, they have a wide spread and good selection for any nationality, pastries were fresh and of course the staff; Chef Rose, Nethra, Zeid and Mehwish were all very nice, they served well and makes you feel welcomed,we really enjoyed our time and the food. We took 2 standard rooms, they were both comfortable however, the 2nd room smelled bad, perhaps, the smell from the camel barn so we had to all stay in the 1st room most of the time. The swimming pool was too deep, not very accommodating especially to those who can't swim. The beach is also not a good place to swim, always lowtide and rocky. Hotel necessities were not readily available in the room such as toothbrush and shower gel...

Mehwish was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I met her. She always had the sweetest smile and made me feel so comfortable and valued. Her warm personality honestly made me enjoy the place even more. You can really tell that she puts her heart into what she does and goes out of her way to make people feel welcome. Employees like Mehwish truly make a difference and leave such a lovely impression on customers. This place is incredibly lucky to have her, and she deserves to be appreciated for the amazing person she is! 🤍
