Don’t even mention, let me tell you, we had an amazing dinner in Jarnen restaurant and we we served by Vivian she was so welcoming,a good listener and very passionate about her work. We enjoyed to the max, the ambience was good and anytime, anyday we recommend the hotel💯.

I recently visited Emshoot Azerbaijani Restaurant at Souq Al Wakra Hotel by Tivoli, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Mr. Abdallah, the manager, along with the entire team, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. We ordered the Mixed Grill, Spicy Azme, and Gavurdağ Salad, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The Mixed Grill was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The Spicy Azme was rich, fresh, and packed with delicious flavors, while the Gavurdağ Salad was refreshing, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was presented with great care and tasted amazing. I highly recommend Emshoot Azerbaijani Restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality Azerbaijani cuisine and exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Abdallah and the entire team for their outstanding customer service and for making our visit so memorable. The Nails 💅: Big shoutout to Nim ! She did my nails and did an absolutely incredible job. She is so precise, detailed, and talented. The Treatment & Massage 🧖‍♀️: Oh my god, the therapist was a miracle worker—I completely loved her hands! The way she worked on my body was pure bliss. The Spa Amenities 🌊: The Vichy shower and Hammam treatment were out of this world. I also spent time relaxing in the jacuzzi and lounging on the pool bed. Everything was just perfect and made the whole day feel so premium and relaxing.

"An absolutely flawless wellness getaway! The room was spotless, incredibly quiet, and featured a fantastic soaking tub that perfectly set the mood. The spa facilities are the highlight—the 60-minute deep tissue massage with Ann was world-class, and the thermal suite (especially the salt cave and plunge pool) was incredibly relaxing. Every staff member, from the front desk to the therapists, was attentive and professional. We will definitely be back!"

The hotel rooms are very clean and nice. It is only 10 minutes away from the metro and the location is nice as there is a beach and many restaurants outside the resort. Breakfast was included in the price and the food was great. The service is good and staff are very friendly. 100% worth the value. (P.S. definitely watch the sunrise at the beach)
