velmi vstřícný přístup při výměně pokoje , původní byl hned za recepcí a bylo v něm slyšet pohyb po chodbě, po reklamaci jsem bez problému dostala jiný, tam už všechno bez problémů, vynikají snídaně , nic nechybělo , průběžně bylo doplňováno, hotel je kousek od nám. Míru kde je zastávka jak tramvaje , tak metra , v okolí vynikající restaurace U mlsného kocoura :-)

We arrived quite late from Vienna so had checked in online. Instructions were clear and it was easy enough to access the lobby & then our room (there is a lift thankfully as we were on the 6th floor in an attic room). Bathroom was clean and well serviced with shower cap, vanity pack & shampoo etc. There was also deep tub in our room which if we’d been staying for more than one night would have been very welcome! shower pressure was amazing. Bedroom was small but had everything you needed, bed was very low to the ground which was my only issue - mattress was very comfy. Bed linens were clean and of great quality, there was a kettle and the means to make a coffee or tea. Well stocked mini bar was not excessive in pricing. We slept well but the room did get very warm at one point so the air con had to be manually put on. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, we enjoyed the toast, pastries and eggs etc. Coffee was nice from The machine. All in all a great stay and well placed for visiting Prague - we walked back to the station which took us about 15/20 mins downhill.

We stayed here for three nights and it was amazing. It was close to the town centre and main train station with good transport links. Check in was very easy and the staff were very helpful. The room was very big and lovely to sleep in. The bathroom was massive and had anything you might need. The breakfast had a very good range of cooked food and pastries, stock did run low a couple of times but we did come nearer to the end of breakfast time. Very good value for money and we highly recommend!

Clean, cozy, comfortable room with small outside terrace overlooking a garden. Great location with plenty of transport links into central Prague. Wonderful breakfast selection. All in all - perfect!

Dasha at the reception was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. In the kitchen, the service was outstanding—the buffet is varied, the food is delicious, and Mrs. Tania, a lovely Ukrainian cook, makes you feel right at home. V kuchyni bylo vše skvělé – bufet je pestrý, jídlo výborné a paní Táňa, sympatická ukrajinská kuchařka, vás přiměje cítit se jako doma. El hotel es pequeño, hermoso y muy acogedor. Todo el personal es increíblemente amable. Dasha, en la recepción, fue siempre atenta, servicial y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. En la cocina, el trato no pudo ser mejor: el buffet es variado, la comida deliciosa y la señora Tania, una cocinera ucraniana encantadora, hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Nos vamos muy contentos rumbo a México, agradecidos por la hospitalidad y la calidez de todo el equipo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
