Mamaison Residence Downtown

Kan ikke anbefale hotellet. De opkræver en masse ekstra selv om spaen er skrevet som inkl er den ikke. Hotellet er dårligt rengjort og der lugter gammelt og ulækker på gangene og i elevatoren. Virkelig skuffet over opholdet og alt for dyrt når spaen ikke er inkl.

Lovely hotel and amazing staff. I booked this trip for my husbands birthday as a surprise and contacted the hotel re: cake, fizz & balloons in the room. I wasn't disappointed when we arrived. Absolutely brilliant how they had decorated it. Thank you Cecilia for arranging this. Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle down a quiet street but close enough to walk to the square and busyness. We walked miles each day without realising it and found it to be a beautiful city and so many places to visit, the castle, lots of museums, astronomical clock, Charles bridge, Wencelas Square, shopping malls, bars, restaurants and many more! Back at the hotel for a quiet, relaxing time. Games room was good. We played pool and table tennis. Breakfast was really good too, lots of choice. Thank you all at the Mamaison Downtown Residence for making our 5 night stay enjoyable. We will visit again!

I just returned from a weekend away in Prague and had the most amazing stay at Mamaison Downtown Prague. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and very spacious, with complimentary safes for guests to use. The bathrooms were large and spotless, and the shower was particularly lovely. The hotel’s location is perfect, situated on a quiet street, so there’s no disturbance from traffic or nightlife, yet still within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. • Wenceslas Square is less than a 10-minute walk away. • Old Town Square and Charles Bridge are about a 15–20 minute walk. • Prague Castle is around 40 minutes on foot, though it can also be easily accessed via tram. We personally preferred walking, as it allowed us to take in the beauty of the city’s streets. The hotel offers breakfast, and although we didn’t opt for it, the selection looked quite good. Fortunately, there were plenty of charming cafés nearby, perfect for a morning stroll. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel lobby also features a snack bar with a variety of drinks, treats, and even pizzas, which the reception staff will cook for you! After such a fantastic experience at Mamaison Downtown Prague, I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends.
