Vorrei fare una menzione particolare a Luis Eduardo sa parlare molto bene l'italiano e soprattutto è stato di ottima compagnia per tutta l'intera durata del nostro soggiorno e anche Janet con il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza, per il resto niente da dire molto bello tutto!!

This is truly a well-oiled machine with extraordinary personal attention. Though we have over the last ten years visited forty countries, I have shared with many that this trip to Melia Varadero a few weeks ago remains our biggest and happiest surprise. We didn't fully know what to expect, and every aspect of the visit exceeded our expectations. From the front desk reception and assistance, our day and evening room service staff (Ali and Chavley) to meeting Luis, Abraham and the lounge team - this was a great vacation. We booked The Level at Melia Varadero for a week in April, 2025. We had a wonderful time filled with fun, adventure and relaxation. The weather was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach and the golf course. The servers in the restaurants and at the bars were great and very entertaining. The food was prepared very well in the dining-rooms and the buffet had a huge variety of delicious meals for every pallet. The rooms were spacious, very clean and the towel art and flowers left on the bed each day was absolutely beautiful.
